The former couple, who began dating in early 2024 following Sandoval's highly publicized split from longtime partner Ariana Madix, are now locked in an increasingly public legal dispute.
Amid the escalating dispute, new footage has surfaced in which Tom appears to shove Will Robinson into a burning fire pit during a verbal confrontation.
In the newly released video, obtained by TMZ, Sandoval and Robinson can seemingly be seen arguing outside a home. The footage is reportedly dated June 3, 2026, the same day that Victoria was arrested from Tom's house on domestic battery charges. Tom can be seen rushing towards Victoria, who was sitting with her father in front of a fire pit. The restaurateur appears to reach for a device that Victoria was holding, which reports say may have been a phone recording the confrontation.
Moments later, Will Robinson appears to step between the pair and grab Sandoval around the waist in what he claims was an attempt to separate his daughter from the reality star. During the altercation, Sandoval appears to shove Will backward, sending him into a lit fire pit before Will collides with Victoria, knocking her to the ground. The video then appears to show Will quickly getting back up and chasing Sandoval into the house while Victoria remains outside, holding her head. With the newly surfaced footage, the internet is now questioning what exactly happened that evening, as both sides have offered sharply different versions of the events.

Just days before the video surfaced, Sandoval filed court documents seeking restraining orders against both Victoria and her father. In the filing, dated June 25, 2026, the 42-year-old Vanderpump Rules star accused Robinson of repeatedly subjecting him to verbal and physical abuse throughout the relationship.
Speaking particularly about the June 3 incident, he claimed that Victoria punched him in the face so hard that he had blurred vision. Sandoval shared photographs of his injured ear, neck, and face, alleging that the punch caused a lingering jaw pain that required emergency medical treatment.
The restaurant owner further accused the 33-year-old model of throwing objects at him during previous arguments, secretly accessing his phone and social media accounts, changing passwords, tracking him with an AirTag, and deleting evidence from his devices. He also cited a 2024 incident when Victoria allegedly spread lies about his infidelity after he caught her getting intimate with another man.
Regarding Will Robinson, Sandoval alleges he chased him into a bedroom, punched a large hole through the door where he had barricaded himself, and threatened to "destroy" him while intoxicated. Sandoval says he feared for his safety and has since been living in hotels because Robinson and her father continue occupying the Los Angeles home where he says he pays the rent and utilities.
Will Robinson has strongly disputed Sandoval's account of the incident. Speaking to TMZ, Victoria's father claimed that prosecutors declined to pursue the charges against him, insisting that the only reason he intervened was to protect his daughter from Tom's "very aggressive and threatening" advances. He was quoted as saying:
"The DA did not file the case for a reason. I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner."
Contrary to earlier claims that Tom had called the authorities that night, William claims that it was he who had called the police "for our safety." He further noted that after being shoved into the burning fire pit, he sustained injuries that required medical treatment. Also, regarding the restraining orders, Victoria's father says it is actually Tom who has been staying at their house. He told the publication:
"This is my daughter's home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away."
With conflicting allegations and newly surfaced footage, fans are divided about which side to believe. Tom Sandoval has yet to comment on the new allegations.
