Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleTom Sandoval has found himself in the middle of a bitter legal fallout with his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson. The Vanderpump Rules star, who often shared cosy moments with the 33-year-old model on social media, has now filed for a restraining order against her. The new filing comes after Victoria's arrest earlier in June 2026, when a heated exchange allegedly left Tom with serious injuries that required medical attention.
In new court records filed on June 25, 2026, Tom Sandoval claims he was physically assaulted by Victoria Robinson during a heated confrontation, resulting in hazy vision. The 42-year-old Vanderpump Rules star alleges that Victoria attacked him on June 3, 2026, during an argument that turned violent.
According to his court affidavit, Sandoval said Robinson punched him so hard in the face that day that his vision went blurry and he suffered damage to his neck, ear, and jaw. The restaurateur stated:
"The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur. I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of Ms. Robinson striking me that night. The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated."
Sandoval further mentioned that he had to experience significant pain for weeks after the alleged attack. In court documents obtained by TMZ, the restaurateur reportedly noted severe discomfort that required additional medical attention after the initial hospital visit. He wrote:
“Even after emergency medical evaluation ruled out a fracture, I continued to experience significant pain and a restricted ability to open my mouth. More than two weeks later, I am still unable to fully open my jaw, which has affected my ability to eat and has required me to seek further medical evaluation."
The reality TV star's filing describes a long pattern of emotional abuse throughout the relationship. According to the filing, Robinson repeatedly insulted him, allegedly calling him a "loser," "idiot," and "moron," while telling him that people only liked him because of her.
He also alleges Victoria hacked into his personal devices without his consent, reset his password, altered the Face ID settings on his phone, and erased professional details from his social media pages. She even allegedly spread lies about Tom's infidelity in December 2024 after the latter caught her "being intimate with another man."
One of the most startling allegations in the document involves a GPS tracking device. Sandoval claims Robinson placed an AirTag on his vehicle and later used it to locate and retrieve the car from an auto shop without informing him. She allegedly deleted all evidence from his phone later. She shifted her tone in recorded arguments to mislead the evidence against him, so that she appeared to be the victim of domestic violence.
Despite the breakup, Sandoval says Robinson and her father, J Will Robinson, continue to live in the Los Angeles rental home while he remains displaced. In the filing, he states he is still paying the rent and utilities but has been forced to stay in hotels across Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Atlanta, London, and Ontario because he does not feel safe returning home.
In a shocking claim, Sandoval mentions that his June 3 confrontation escalated when J Will Robinson allegedly grabbed him, chased him into a bedroom, and punched a large hole through the door while Sandoval had barricaded himself inside. Sandoval says he feared for his safety until police arrived at the home.
Tom Sandoval now seeks a restraining order against Victoria Robinson and her father. He wants them both to move out and stay at least 100 yards away from him, his workplace, vehicle, and residence. As part of the restraining order request, Sandoval is also asking the court for temporary access to personal property still inside the home, including work equipment, his 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE, and several collectible items.
A court hearing on Sandoval's restraining order request has been scheduled for July 16, 2026. What are your thoughts on the couple's fallout?
