However, TMZ has reported that only hours after her first visit, Victoria was seen back at her ex Tom's home. According to the report, law enforcement sources have alleged that LAPD officers responded to Tom's Los Angeles home around 5:30 PM on Saturday, June 27, 2026 (ET) after Victoria attempted to return to the LA residence.
According to reports, Victoria Lee Robinson allegedly told the cops she had a friend there to pick up more of her belongings, but Tom Sandoval wasn't letting them. The report alleged that the officers simply showed up to ensure the peace, and nobody was arrested. A source further told the media outlet that Tom believed Victoria was planning to return to the house. However, some sources close to Victoria tell us that's not the case, insisting she intended to send a mover named Miguel instead.
The media outlet also spoke with the mover, Migues, who called Victoria Lee Robinson on speakerphone because she had planned to meet him at the house. According to Miguel, Tom overheard the conversation where Victoria told him she was on her way. He further revealed that Tom became visibly distressed after hearing that, and called 911 because he was afraid they were going to come into the house and they were going to get arrested.

Victoria added that no one liked Tom. For the unversed, it was an alleged dig at Tom's relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, who had an explosive end to their relationship when she caught him cheating with Raquel Leviss. Victoria was quoted as saying:
"I f***ing hate you, like all of your ex-girlfriends. Nobody likes you."
Victoria Lee Robinson was arrested earlier this June 2026, after Tom told cops she allegedly hit him. Video obtained by TMZ shows her father, Will Robinson, shoving Tom Sandoval before the actor shoves him back, resulting in Will losing his balance and falling into a lit fire pit. The actor was soon granted a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against both Victoria and Will earlier this week, and they were ordered to leave the home.
The model also filed for a TRO against Tom, but a judge denied it, stating that Victoria needed to show more reason why the TRO should be granted. Amid the drama, it has also been revealed that Victoria was going through a rough time when the breakup happened. A source revealed that she had recently lost her grandfather and felt abandoned by Tom, who had prioritised other commitments over being with her.
