Tiger Shroff Survived Attack After Shooter's Gun Got Jammed While The Attackers Fired At Point Blank

Tiger Shroff survived the shooting after the weapon's malfunction as the shooters charged at him from close range.

The entertainment industry was shocked when news of an open firing on Tiger Shroff’s BMW surfaced. For the unversed, on October 18, 2026, three unidentified attackers targeted Tiger Shroff in a firing incident, injuring two people, including his driver. The actor escaped unharmed, and the police are currently investigating the case from multiple angles.

Tiger Shroff survived the attack after the shooter’s gun got jammed

As per multiple reports, Tiger Shroff escaped the deadly attack after the shooter’s gun got jammed. Out of the several videos, one specific video features an attacker attempting to fire at the actor at point-blank range. However, his weapon failed to discharge. The CCTV footage showed two shooters aiming at Tiger’s BMW through the windshield and side window.

Another clip showed the shooter trying to fire another round while standing near the vehicle, but his gun got jammed. The attackers came on a motorcycle and after firing many rounds, they left the spot. However, the CCTV footage raises serious questions about a celeb’s safety and whether a malfunction was the reason behind’s Tiger’s escape. Another reason for Tiger’s escape was that his vehicle had bulletproof windows.

Tiger Shroff’s driver was hurt in the shooting

The incident took place on October 18, 2026, when Tiger was returning from a football session in Juhu, Mumbai. While he was leaving the place, unidentified attackers fired at his car. Though Tiger escaped unhurt, his driver, Firdaus, was shot and was rushed to Nanavati Hospital. Another person, an autorickshaw driver, was also injured.

Many CCTV footages are now surfacing on social media, and in one of the videos, Tiger was seen shifting from the passenger seat to the driver’s seat after his driver got injured. Television actor Karan Veer Mehra's car was just behind Tiger Shroff when the actor's vehicle was fired at by three unidentified attackers. Speaking to NDTV, Karan Veer narrated the incident and said:

“My car was right behind, you know, by the time we left the gate, by the time my car reached, I just saw blood spots, and I got to know that Tiger's driver had been shot. So, I'm just happy that, you know, he's safe, but my heart goes out to the driver, and I hope he recovers well... There were kids right there, celebrating a birthday party; everybody ran helter-skelter.”

Mumbai Police started an inquiry into the incident, and reports indicate that cops picked up a person while chasing leads in the case. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited the actor at his residence and promised strict action against those responsible. He also said Mumbai will not return to the era of gang wars and assured Tiger’s father and veteran actor Jackie Shroff that the government would support the family.

After the incident, the first picture of Tiger surfaced, showing the actor with bandages on his right arm and dressings on his shoulder and chest. Shinde stated that the actor had suffered gunpowder burns to his right hand along with injuries caused by glass shards. Shinde also urged anyone receiving threats to inform the police immediately.
