It was small screen's sweetheart Aamna Sharif aka Kashish of Kahiin To Hoga, who got hitched to her boyfriend Amit Kapoor, on December 27, 2013. Aamna Sharif is best known for her role in the hit television show, Kahiin Toh Hoga, while Amit Kapoor is a distributor-turned-producer. Aamna became an instant hit with Indian viewers because of her innocent looks, beautiful smile, and her sizzling chemistry with co-star Rajeev Khandelwal.

Aamna and Amit had been dating each other for almost a year, and got engaged in a low-key affair. This relationship has harmonious strains of an inter-faith union in it as well. Aamna's father is an Indian and her mother is a Persian-Bahraini, while Amit is a true blue Punjabi.

Their wedding was a long celebration that was attended by their friends from the television and film world. The celebrity guest list included Mouni Roy, Karanveer Bohra and his wife Teejay, Sanjeeda Sheikh and hubby Aamir Ali, Shefali Zariwala and Parag Tyagi, amongst many others.

On December 28, the much-in-love couple hosted a grand reception party at Taj Land's End, Mumbai. The reception also witnessed the presence of Bollywood stars like Richa Chadda, Randeep Hooda and Abhay Deol.

After having spent two years of marital bliss together, Aamna and Amit became proud parents of a baby boy whom they named Arain on September 14, 2015. Aamna's baby shower saw Ragini Khanna, Mouni Roy, Aditi Govitrikar in attendance and the mommy-to-be looked radiant with the baby glow on her face.
