And as the show came to an end, it got not just one but two winners just like the last time. However, this season it was the 'Traitor' who won the show. Yes, Krystle D'Souza and Rida Tharana lifted the trophy as the 'Traitor' on the show, leaving the co-contestants in shock.
Krystle D'Souza and Rida Tharana won the second season of Traitors, and they both split Rs. 66 lakh prize money. The finale was dramatic and full of suspense as the two Traitors chose to stand by each other till the end. Yes, there was a point when Krystle had a chance to eliminate Rida and take away the entire prize money, but she chose to stick with her.
In the finale, Mallika Sherawat was the last innocent who was murdered, leaving five contestants, Krystle, Rida, Shalini Passi, Sahil Salathia and Dalip Tahil. The contestants entered the 'Shaq' and Dalip was voted out of the show. However, he didn't had the chance to reveal whether he was innocent or a traitor.
The final four contestants then entered the last stage of the game, where they convinced one another whether they are innocent or not. Sahil got eliminated, then Shalini, which left Krystle and Rida as the final two. But there came a twist when Krystle could have voted out Rida but she chose to save her. However, she joked that Rida was the 'Worst Traitor'.
The shocking moment was when Krystle and Rida revealed that they were the Traitors, and Shalini and Sahil couldn't figure out even once. Their reactions proved that they were clueless that the two girls were the Traitors all through the show.
However, it was Krystle's journey in the show that gained her a lot of love. She survived despite other Traitors getting exposed. But there were times when many doubted Krystle but she cleared the doubts every time and joked that she is a cat with nine lives on the show.
Krystle then recruited Rida, who had started the season as an innocent and made her biggest ally during the final instalment of the show. On the other hand, Rida had proved herself innocent on the show and managed to survive several rounds without getting targetted. She was the one who found out that Kullu was the Traitor, and won the trust of other contestants.
For the unversed, Karan Johar's Indianised version of the reality show, The Traitors, has won everyone's hearts since the first season. The show is exciting and has secured a top spot in the entertainment genre across the world. The show, which featured 20 celebrity guests, was set in a grand palace. At the start of the show, three traitors were assigned, and they had to secretly murder the other contestants. Meanwhile, the rest of the contestants must find the traitor and vote them out.
Karan Johar's hosted show, Traitors season one also had not just one but two winners. Yes, Uorfi Javed and Nikita Luther won the show as they outsmarted their opponents and voted out the right killer. Uorfi and Nikita were the innocents and the comedian, Harsh Gujral, was the killer. The two ladies won Rs. 17.5 lakh as prize money. However, when Karan informed the winners about the prize money, Uorfi happily gave it away and said to Nikita that she can take all if she wants.
