Soon, the buzz was rife that Tara pushed AP Dhillon to maintain a distance, but now, she finally reacted to the same.
On December 29, 2025, Tara took to her Instagram handle and shared a clip from AP Dhillon's concert. She was seen enjoying herself on stage. Along with it, she penned a note stating how it was a proud moment for her, and they both were in it together. She also directly gave her statement on claims that she pushed AP Dhillon away or the kissing controversy. She wrote:

P.S False narratives, “clever editing” and paid PR campaigns by folks won’t and don’t shake us up! In the end, love and the truth always wins. So the joke’s on the bullies."

Many netizens even noticed Tara saying 'no' to him as he tried to dance with her on stage. In the clip, Tara, who was present with her beau, Veer, joined AP Dhillon on stage. In a subtly black dress with soft curls, Tara showed her moves on stage.
