Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleSusan Dell left the internet in shock after her "unrecognizable" appearance at her recent White House meeting with President Donald Trump. The wife of Dell Technologies founder Michael Dell joined the Dell Technologies CEO on October 7, 2026, to announce that the Trump Account was now active.
After her appearance, observers found themselves fixated on Susan's Mar-a-Lago face. They pointed out how her facial features looked significantly different. Videos and photos from the event went viral in no time, with many people questioning whether the mom-of-four had received plastic surgery or aesthetic treatments. It has now fueled talk of a possible "USD 50K MAGA makeover."
As speculation about Susan’s appearance spread online, Mirror US consulted Dr. Ross Perry, medical director of Cosmedics skin clinics, to discuss possible explanations for the differences people perceived in recent photographs. Perry explained:
"Susan has sparked widespread speculation about whether she may have undergone cosmetic treatments. In comparison to earlier photographs, her face appears noticeably tighter and tauter, and her eye area looks more open than usual. Several aesthetic procedures, surgical or non-surgical, could create this type of result."
Perry suggested that a facelift could be a possible explanation for her tighter-looking jawline and mid-face. Upper and lower blepharoplasty, a surgical procedure that removes excess skin from the upper eyelids, could also make the eyes appear more open.
Non-surgical treatments may produce visible changes, too. Botox can soften the appearance of forehead lines and frown lines, while dermal fillers can restore volume to areas such as the cheeks and under-eye region. Perry noted that excessive use of injectables can sometimes create an overly full or unusually wide-eyed appearance.
However, he stressed that photographs alone cannot establish whether someone has had cosmetic work. Perry cautioned:
"It's also important to remember that lighting, makeup, camera angles, weight loss, or even temporary swelling can significantly alter how someone looks in photos. Without a professional consultation, any discussion of cosmetic work remains purely speculative."
According to Perry's estimates, the potential costs of the procedures could have a varied range, depending on the combination of surgical and non-surgical treatments. A full facelift could cost up to USD 40,000; upper eyelid surgery could be around USD 8,000. Botox treatment typically costs around USD 300 to USD 800 per session, whereas Dermal fillers could range between USD 600 and USD 1,500.
Dr. Gerard Lambe, a cosmetic surgeon and founder of the Reflect Clinic, also discussed the potential costs of facial rejuvenation procedures with The Irish Star. He provided a list of possible treatments and their costs: facial fillers, USD 3,000 to USD 5,000 a session; fat transfer to the face, USD 8,000 to USD 12,000; upper and lower eyelid surgery, USD 8,000 to USD 12,000; facelift or mini-facelift, USD 15,000 to USD 25,000; Botox, USD 800 to USD 1,200 a session; and lip augmentation, USD 800 to USD 1,500. He estimated that an extensive course of treatments could total USD 50,000 to USD 100,000 or more over time.
