TV actress Surbhi Chandna is hogging the limelight for all things personal. In a recent interview, Surbhi shared her take on freezing eggs. Nowadays, women are very vocal about the procedure of egg freezing. Back in May 2026, actress Akansha Ranjan Kapoor opened up about freezing her eggs and the struggles she faced after the procedure. Now, Surbhi has shared her anxiety over the following.

Surbhi Chandna gets candid about her anxiety over egg freezing

Several celebrities have opted for egg freezing to preserve their fertility options for the future. In a recent interview with IANS, Surbhi Chandna was asked about her perspective on the growing trend. In response, the Ishqbaaaz actress shared that while she supports women who make that choice, she does not personally feel the need to freeze her eggs. She also opened up about her anxiety over the following. In her words:

"My sister delivered a boy; he is two years old now, when she was 39, and it was a normal delivery. I also believe in it, and those who think it is important to freeze their eggs...very nice, but like my gynac told me, there will be a lot of hormonal imbalance if you go through it."

Surbhi explained that she thinks that every child comes into this world with their own fate. She expressed her wish to conceive naturally. She also shared when she and her husband, Karan, are planning to have a baby. The couple got married on March 2, 2024, in an intimate destination wedding at the Chomu Palace Hotel in Jaipur. In her words:

"I feel every child comes into this world with their own fate. I don't know what will happen, but I feel that my sister, who has a flying job putting her body through a lot of stress, can have a child naturally. I also want to go the natural way. I don't know when we are going to plan, but it will happen when the time is correct. Whenever it happens, it will be God's gift."

Surbhi Chandna is a popular TV actress. She is best known for her roles of 'Anika Trivedi Singh Oberoi' in the TV series, Ishqbaaaz and 'Bani Sharma Singhania' in Naagin 5. She made her acting debut in 2009 with a cameo as 'Sweety' in the famous sitcom, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

"Main job kar rahi thi toh Karan bhi tab apna MBA London main kar raha tha. I feel that one fan has put and sent me a very nice pillow with mine and Karan’s photo. The phrase reads 'Keep it private till the time it’s permanent', ayesa kuch ek phrase hain… I don’t know, I never thought about it. We have kept it like that because we liked it like that."

The duo dated for 13 years before saying 'I do.' The couple celebrated their second marriage anniversary on March 2, 2026. Taking to her Instagram handle, Surbhi shared a fun-filled video and wrote, "My God Gift. Happy Two to Us. Dancing & Giggling Through Life for 16 Years with my then boyfriend, now husband."
