Sunidhi Chauhan Breaks Down On Stage Mid-Live Show In Lucknow, 'Mera Awaz Bahut Jada Kharab Hai..'

After Neha Kakkar, Sunidhi Chauhan broke down on stage during a live show. However, her audience rooted for her and gave her full support.

Sunidhi Chauhan, India's very own diva, has been touring across the nation. However, her recent concert made headlines due to her breakdown moment. It is worth mentioning that after Neha Kakkar had a major breakdown last year during her concert outside the nation, it was Sunidhi who had a difficult day, but she apologised in front of the massive audience.

Sunidhi Chauhan breaks down mid-concert

We all have had those days when we are not well, and we have to show up, and so did Sunidhi. She could have cancelled the show citing her ill-health reason, but she showed up for her fans. During a recent concert in Lucknow, Sunidhi got emotional and apologised to the audience, sharing that she has a severe throat issue and that she sounds terrible.

Sunidhi was performing at Coolbreeze Resorts in Lucknow on March 7, 2026, as part of her I Am Home India Tour 2025-2026. The video quickly circulated on the internet. Sunidhi, who was dressed up in a sparkly black and sheer bodysuit, welled up, due to the difficulty of singing with a sore throat. But she explained to the crowd that her voice is not in great condition. She said:

"I have a terrible throat; aaj mera aavaj bohot zyada kharab hai. But I know you are with me, and I want to still do this. Oh my god, this has never happened with me ever, and it’s embarrassing. I am so sorry. It’s just that, mujhe thoda… I always want to give 100%."

Sunidhi tried hard to control her tears, but they kept falling, and she looked in pain. She even asked to forgive her for not giving her best performance. She even thanked fans for showering love on her. She said:

"But unfortunately, I am trying, and maybe it won’t be that, so please already forgive me. I am just going to move on. Thank you so much for your love."

Despite not feeling well, Sunidhi gave her best performance and fans who were watching her live cheered her and rooted her performance. It is worth mentioning that it is Sunidhi's nationwide tour which began from Mumbai on December 24, 2025. She has performed in various cities such as Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Chennai.

Sunidhi Chauhan is one of the most loved singers with hit chartbusters in her repertoire. She made every millennial groove on songs like Woh Sharabi Kya SharabiSheila Ki Jawani, Kamli, and many more. The singer's father, Dushyant Kumar Chauhan is a theatre artist, and the singer has been surrounded by music from a young age. However, it was her mother, who had influenced her to take music as her career. Soon, Sunidhi started singing at local shows and competitions. Her family encouraged her, and now, she is enjoying huge fame in the singing world.
