Actress and influencer, Sreenanda Shankar announced her divorce from Gev Sattarwala after years of marital bliss.
Tanusree Shankar's daughter, Sreenanda Shankar, is officially separated from her husband, Gev Sattarwala. On December 21, 2025, she took to her IG handle and announced her divorce, while requesting people for privacy. Sharing an official statement, Sreenanda Shankar confirmed the buzz about her marital life being in trouble. Sreenanda and Gev have been together for 16 years, and they have decided to part ways officially. While the reason for the divorce hasn't been disclosed, Sreenanda shared that it was a mutual decision on both ends that she had decided to end her marriage.
Taking to her IG handle, Sreenanda Shankar shared a statement addressing the buzz about her parting ways with her husband, Gev Sattarwala. She revealed that there had been rumours about the same, and they were true. Sreenanda further added that while it had happened a while ago, she and her ex-husband needed time before going public with it.
In the statement, she also shared that it often happens that life throws something unexpected, and people have to make peace with it, and they have done the same. She called it a mutual decision that she and her ex-husband chose to part ways as husband and wife, officially. Sreenanda further stated that she knows that things would be written about her or there would be a whole lot of commentary on her personal choice, but people shouldn't expect any response from her or her mother, Tanusree Shankar.
Sreenanda asked people for privacy at this time, while adding that her content creation journey will continue. She also said in the statement that people may miss her and Gev together in the video, but a brief moment doesn't unmask what's going on between two people.
