'Devon Ke Dev Mahadev' actress, Sonarika Bhadoria, and her husband, Vikas, have become parents for the first time to a baby girl.
Sonarika Bhadoria is best remembered for playing the role of 'Parvati' next to Mohit Raina, who played 'Shiv' in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. It was in February 2024 that the actress married Vikas Parashar, and in September 2025, announced that she and her husband are expecting their first child. Now, a while back on December 6, 2025, Sonarika announced that she and Vikas had been blessed with a baby girl.
Sonarika and Vikas are on cloud nine, as both have embraced parenthood for the first time. A while back, Sonarika took to her Instagram handle to reveal that she and her husband have been blessed with a baby girl who came into their lives on December 5, 2025. The actress shared a monochrome picture of her and her husband holding the feet of her little angel. In her caption, Sonarika wrote:
"5.12.2025 Our sweetest greatest blessing. She's here and she’s already our whole world."
Sonarika's fans could not stop congratulating the actress. One user wrote, "Congratulations on having a daughter is the biggest blessing in the world. Daughters are the best in human form. God bless you both forever and ever." Another fan of the actress penned, "Aww, super super happy, it's a girl, wohoo, many congratulations guys, god bless the little angel."
Sonarika and her husband, Vikas, announced in September 2025 that they were expecting their first child. The actress shared a series of babymoon pictures where she had worn a white hued translucent gown that had off-the-shoulder sleeves. Sonarika was seen cradling her baby bump as she romantically posed with her husband on the beach. The actress captioned the snaps as:
"Our greatest adventure yet."
Sonarika got overnight fame with her role as 'Parvati' in Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev. The actress has also been seen in series such as Prithvi Vallabh—Itihaas Bhi, Rahasya Bhi, Dastaan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali, and Ishq Mein Marjawan. Sonarika, after having a successful TV career, was also seen in Telugu films such as Jadoogadu and Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam.
It was in 2011 when Sonarika made her TV debut with Tum Dena Saath Mera. However, it was her role as 'Mata Parvati' that, because of her elegant screen presence and power-packed performance, won the hearts of millions, making her a household name. Sonarika and Vikas had tied the knot on February 18, 2024, at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. According to a Bombay Times report, Vikas is Sonarika's brother's friend whom she met at a gym, and after that, everything bloomed. Earlier in an interview with the publication she shared:
"I was sure from the start that I didn’t wish to be with an actor because having a partner outside the industry creates balance. He keeps me steady and has been my greatest supporter. I simply understand that his love for me is unconditional.”
Sonarika, earlier in an interview with the ETimes also shared that Vikas used to motivate her to work out and always eat good food, so that she looked nice in front of the camera. She revealed of how Vikas pushes her to eat healthy and pulls her back when he thinks she is going overboard with junk food.
