A while back, Shoaib Ibrahim shared his father's health update and revealed that his brain endoscopy went well.
Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar, the most-loved couple of the Hindi TV industry, have been going through a tough phase since last week. For the unversed, Shoaib suffered a brain hemorrhage on the morning of May 23, 2026, and was admitted to the ICU. Earlier, Shoaib shared that his father had suffered a stroke again and later, on May 25, 2026, he clarified that his father had suffered a brain hemorrhage this time, and his health was not much better. A while back, he shared a new health update on his father.
A while back, Shoaib Ibrahim dropped a video on his YouTube channel to share his father’s health update. He mentioned that the past week has been quite hectic, and he was also not in the proper zone to share any updates. Shoaib stated that his father’s health is slightly better today. He was quoted as saying:
"Aj papa ki health slightly thodi si better hai. Do teen din unke surgery nahi hui thi kyu ki woh blood thinner pe the."
On May 27, 2026, he had a minor surgery called an endoscopy. The surgery went well. He is now responding a bit and smiling as well. Shoaib added that his father was kept on a ventilator a day before the surgery, and it stayed for 3 to 4 days, and today it was removed. He was quoted as saying:
"Wednesday unka ek choti si surgery hui. Endoscopy bolte hai usse. Skull pe thoda sa hole karke blood clot jo tha woh nikala gaya. Better rahi kafi acchi rahi. Response papa ne dena shuru kiya. Surgery ka ek din pehle precautionary measure ke wajah se ventilator pe rakha tha. Breathing ka issue tha thoda sa. Ventilator kuch dino tak tha. Aj unka ventilator hataya hai. Speech ka issues abhi bhi hai. Baad mein unka speech therapy hoga."
On May 25, 2026, Shoaib shared a video on his YouTube channel to reveal that his father suffered a brain hemorrhage. He mentioned that last time his father suffered a brain stroke, and due to a blood clot, the left side of his body was paralysed. But that time, he could speak and also recovered quickly from it. However, this time the condition is a bit serious as he suffered a brain hemorrhage. Due to this, Shoaib’s father is having issues with his speech. He was quoted as saying:
"Last time jab papa ko stroke tha, like clot hogaya tha. Papa ke left side paralyse ho gaya tha. But papa us time baat kar rahe the, and woh bohot jaldi recover bhi ho gaye the. But iss baar thoda sa bleeding ho gayi hai unko abhi speech mein issues hai."
On May 23, 2026, Shoaib took to his Instagram Stories to share that his father again had a stroke. Earlier, in 2021, Shoaib’s father suffered a brain stroke. In the note, Shoaib requested his fans to pray for his father’s speedy recovery. A few days back, Shoaib’s sister, Saba, looked emotional as she spoke about their father’s condition in her YouTube vlog. Shoaib mentioned that the next 24 hours were crucial. Shoaib wrote, "Need all your prayers & duas for Papa. Papa again had a stroke this morning and has been admitted to the ICU. Please, please keep him in your prayers. Next 24hrs are crucial."
