Sara Ali Khan took to her Instagram handle and shared a special post while remembering her first co-star and alleged boyfriend, Sushant Singh Rajput on his 2nd death anniversary. Check it out!
It was June 14, 2020, when the Bollywood industry had lost one of its gems. Yes, we are talking about Sushant Singh Rajput, who had made his career with his passion for acting, hard work and dedication. He had started his acting career with a television serial, Pavitra Rishta as Manav and had garnered a lot of love from his audience. Later, he had stepped his foot in Bollywood with the film, Kai Po Che and had created a niche in acting.
However, it was on June 14, 2020, when Sushant Singh Rajput had taken his last breath as he was found dead in his apartment, and rumours were rife that he had died by suicide. Soon, his fans, friends and his family, who were devastated by the news had filed a case as they couldn't accept his death. CBI is still investigating the matter. It's been 2 years since Sushant has gone, and on his 2nd death anniversary, his close friends are paying tribute to him with special posts.

On June 14, 2022, Sara Ali Khan took to her Instagram handle and shared a cosy moment with Sushant Singh Rajput from their Kedarnath shooting time. Remembering her first co-star, best friend and alleged boyfriend, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sara penned a heartfelt note on his 2nd death anniversary. She wrote:
"From facing the camera for the first time to seeing Jupiter and the Moon through your telescope- so many firsts have happened because of you. Thank you for giving me all those moments and memories."
Further continuing in the caption, Sara Ali Khan mentioned that now on a full moon night, when she looks up at the sky, she knows that he is there amongst his favourite stars and constellations. Sara continued:
"Today on Full Moon night when I look up at the sky I know you'll be up there amongst your favourite stars and constellations, shining bright. Now and forever. #JaiBholenath."

On June 14, 2021, Sara had taken to her IG handle and had shared a beautiful picture with Sushant from their fun pool time. In the photo, Sushant and Sara could be seen smiling cutely from the swimming pool as they had posed for the camera. Sharing the sweet moment, Sara had written a note to mark his first death anniversary:
"Whenever I needed help, advice or a laugh you were always there. You introduced me to the world of acting, made me believe that dreams could come true, and gave me all that I have today. Still can't believe you're gone. But every time I look at the stars, the rising sun or the moon I know you're here. From Kedarnath to Andromeda."
For the unversed, there were rumours that during their film, Kedarnath, Sara and Sushant had fallen head over heels in love with each other. However, after a while, they had called it quits.
