Sahil Mehta Aka Yuvraj Birla Of 'Suhani Si Ek Ladki' Fame Gets Hitched To His Girlfriend

It is time for band, baja and baraat for many celebrities. Seems like celebrity weddings are not going to stop anytime soon. With the recently concluded grandest wedding of the season, here is another celeb who got married recently to his long-time girlfriend. We are talking about Sahil Mehta aka Yuvraj Birla of Suhani Si EK Ladki fame.

Sahil Mehta tied the knot with his ladylove, creative director, Eesha Danait in a Maharashtrian style wedding on May 1, 2016. The wedding celebrations took place in Pune, Eesha’s hometown, in the presence of their family and close friends.

Sahil and Eesha met five years ago on the sets of his debut film, Love Express. The couple hit it off instantly and became great friends. It was only two years ago that the two started dating.

They had a lavish three-day celebration which included engagement ceremony, mehendi and sangeet, haldi and wedding. The mehendi and sangeet ceremony was a grand affair and it took place on April 30, followed by haldi ceremony the next morning, both at Sahil’s aunt’s place in Juhu, Mumbai.

Sahil along with his family and friends left for Pune yesterday (May 1) for the wedding. The wedding was a grand affair where the couple was dressed in beautiful traditional Maharashtrian attires. They looked perfect together! A lot of industry friends of Sahil attended the wedding.

The couple is leaving for Goa today(May 2) for a white wedding and after-wedding party, both arranged by their close friends. After that, the newlywed couple will leave for their honeymoon on May 4. The couple is going to Ladakh for their honeymoon. The Team of Suhani Si Ek Ladki has given Sahil a 17-day off from the shoot.
