In a recent interview, Riddhima Kapoor shared an unheard anecdote about her 'sangeet' and recalled how everyone performed from the core of their hearts only for Rishi Kapoor.
Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor's daughter, Riddhima Kapoor got married to the love of her life, Bharat Sahni back in 2006 in a grand wedding affair. It was in 2013 when Riddhima and Bharat welcomed their baby girl, Samara, into their lives. Recently, Riddhima and Bharat revealed an unheard anecdote from their wedding and shared that the best moment from the grand affair was their sangeet.
In a recent interview with Galatta India, Riddhima Kapoor and Bharat Sahni revealed that on their sangeet ceremony, several Bollywood biggies such as Sridevi, Salman Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan performed. Talking more about the same, Riddhima added that everyone performed at their wedding because of the goodwill and love of Rishi Kapoor. She also added that the Bollywood celebrities performed at her wedding on their own, and it was fun. Riddhima also added that everyone performed from the core of their hearts, and it was like family. Sharing that everyone had a blast, Riddhima mentioned:
"Sridevi ji performed, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh performed, everyone performed actually but they did it because of dad, because of his goodwill and his love. They did it on their own and it was fun. Everyone had a blast. All the stars who performed they did it dil se, it was like ghar ki baat, like family.”

Earlier, Neetu Kapoor, along with Ranbir and Riddhima, graced Kapil Sharma's show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. While being there, Kapil asked Riddhima about her fondness for Salman Khan. She added that she had a big poster of the actor in her room. Going further, Kapil asked her if Salman was a bartender at her wedding. Riddhima confirmed the same with a 'yes'. Meanwhile, Neetu Kapoor revealed an unheard anecdote about Salman Khan being the bartender at her daughter, Riddhima Kapoor's wedding. The veteran actress mentioned that Salman came and told Rishi that he wanted to be a bartender, and the former confirmed the same.
Talking about what happened next, Neetu revealed how the actual waiter came in and stated that they were out of liquor. Neetu mentioned that she and Rishi were left surprised about how they could run out of liquor as Rishi had arranged a lot of it. Neetu revealed that as Salman was serving, each of the guests wanted to have a drink and gathered in the bar. Upon seeing it, Rishi asked Salman to stop and come out of the bar.

In one of the old episodes of Kapil Sharma's show, Riddhima Kapoor was asked if Ranbir Kapoor was happy or sad after she got married. To this, she revealed that Ranbir might had cried out of happiness as he finally got his own room after she went to her in-laws. In the episode, Riddhima also confirmed that Ranbir used to give out her outfits to his girlfriends and he was once caught red-handed.
