Meredith Marks has never shied away from admitting to the cosmetic procedures she underwent. Unlike most reality TV stars, she has been speaking out about demystifying plastic surgery. She recently graced the second annual Page Six Virtual Reali-Tea Awards at New York City's Edison Ballroom on October 6, 2026. There, she candidly opened up about her latest plastic surgery and its recovery process.
Meredith revealed that she underwent a facelift in February 2026 and shocked everyone by sharing that she needed just 48 hours of bed rest to get back to her usual schedule. She further stated that her recovery was so smooth and fast that she was able to embark on a DJ tour just twelve days after the operation. The 54-year-old reality star is definitely built different, as a week is the minimum time period one needs to completely recover from a facelift.
Meredith said she wasn't running around, but was doing some chores here and there just two days after the surgery. Talking about her rapid recovery, she said at the VRT Awards red carpet:
"I was down for 48 hours, and after that I was pretty much fine. I wasn't running around and going crazy or anything. But I DJ'd about a week and a half, two weeks later. I think it was 12 days post-facelift."
Meredith Marks praised her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Garo Kassabian, for doing a good job with her facelift, calling him a "genius." Besides the face structure-changing surgery, the RHOSLC alum also got a breast reduction surgery. She underwent three mammoplasties and hoped it would be "final," one. Sharing the reason for the same, she stated that she has been dealing with a "weird" medical condition that causes her breasts never to stop growing.
During Meredith's 2024 appearance on Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, she recalled discussing the issue during the first episode of the season and said her RHOSLC co-star Heather Gay's "response was so funny" when she asked Meredith how she could get the same "problem." The latter thinks her condition is "wild" and stated:
"Seriously, I have this weird issue, and I'm hoping this is [my final breast reduction]. I never wanted to be that big. I was always supposed to be a small C."
Despite not liking going under the knife, Meredith was ready to undergo a fourth breast reduction surgery if her medical condition forced her breasts to enlarge again.
Meredith Marks' co-star Whitney Rose stated that she had suspicions about her surgical enhancements ever since she met her at an acquaintance's house. After Meredith opened up about her facelift, Whitney stated that her suspicions were indeed true. She added that she loved how open Meredith was about her cosmetic procedures and about her alleged wig. In Whitney's words:
"When I saw Meredith at Angie's house, I could tell something was different. I just couldn't tell if it was her face or her hair, but I love that Meredith is telling us that she got a facelift and is wearing a wig, like that's badass."
However, Whitney's statement was refuted by a producer of the show, saying that Meredith Marks never said she was wearing a wig. Questions like 'does Meredith wear a wig' have been a topic of netizens' interest ever since. However, the reality TV star hasn't commented on it.
