'Real Housewives of Miami' fame, Lisa Hochstein's ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, was arrested as the star's ex-husband accused them of intercepting his private conversations
Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein, has been hogging the headlines after her ex-boyfriend was arrested in a case involving her ex-husband, Leonard 'Lenny' Hochstein. While her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, was arrested, Lisa also faces the same charges. And now, new details about the case have emerged.
Lisa and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are facing some serious criminal charges. The duo was charged with one count of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications. According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein's ex-husband, Leonardo 'Lenny' Hochstein, filed the charges after claiming for years that the TV star was listening in on his personal conversations.
According to Page Six, Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein's ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, was arrested in March 2026 on charges of interception, and Lisa is being charged for the same. While Jody remains in custody, an arrest warrant has been issued for the arrest of Lisa as well. Lisa's ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, was taken into custody over the weekend in Florida. However, there has been no update about Lisa's arrest.
The news of an arrest warrant being out for Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein and the charges were first reported by Local 10 WPLG. According to reports, the duo is being charged with unlawful interception. Speaking for Lisa's ex-husband, Leonard 'Lenny' Hochstein, the prosecutors claimed that Lisa "unlawfully and intentionally" intercepted, tried to intercept, or tried to have someone else intercept "oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with." It was also reported that the charges appeared to be related to a March 2023 incident.
It is interesting to note that in May 2023, reports started making the rounds online, with Leonard claiming that the Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein, had planted a "listening device" under his car to "monitor" his phone calls. According to the court documents, Leonard 'Lenny' Hochstein has claimed that she placed "at least one" device to "access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation", which "compromised the integrity" of their ongoing divorce battle. However, at the time, Lisa denied the claims to Page Six as "nonsense".
In a statement to TMZ, Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein's lawyer, Jayne Weintraub and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden's lawyers, Howard Serbnick and Frank Gaviria, revealed that the matter "is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court".
Leonard 'Lenny' Hochstein officially filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022, after 12 years of marriage. After a two-year legal battle, the reality star and the plastic surgeon finalised their divorce in November 2024. According to reports, their divorce agreement required Lenny to pay the Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein, USD 15,000 per month in child support for their two kids: son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5. However, once Logan turns 18, the amount will be reduced to USD 10,000 per month, covering only their daughter, Elle. Lenny also asked the judge for "frequent time-sharing" of the children and has promised to "fully provide for all of the children's needs."
