Well, the couple are all prepped-up and are having a gala time enjoying their mehendi ceremony. With a ball of energy and bucket of beauty in one place, we can totally imagine the change of air in Italy’s Lake Como! A Pinkvilla report has some major updates on DeepVeer’s engagement. Sharing whereabouts about the mehendi ceremony, a source informed the online portal, “The ambience at the event was electric. Ranveer Singh has enjoyed the most at the Mehendi ceremony. He danced his heart out while his lady love was busy getting the Mehendi done. Old songs were being played. First Shubha Mudgal performed, followed by Harshdeep Kaur. Romantic songs, ghazals and sufi songs were performed. Followed by a performance by Ranveer. He also danced on the beats of dhol.”

Another source shared some very interesting details on Ranveer’s mehendi design, “The security has been very strict and hence no photos of the bride and the groom have come out on social media. The phone cameras were sealed with stickers. Deepika’s family and Ranveer’s family too shook a leg with their kids. While Deepika got done a designer Mehendi, Ranveer Too has got done a little design on the hand with #DeepVeer written!” Amazing, isn’t it?

It was revealed that Deepika and Ranveer would make every possible attempt to be with each other when work kept them apart. The source revealed, “He's always giving her cues even when he doesn't have to. It almost feels that for him, her career is more important than his. He was one of the first few people to tell her that she needs to go to Hollywood. They'd call each other baby, eat together, and disappear into their vanity vans when not shooting.” Onlookers thought that Deepika and Ranveer would fall apart when Bajirao Mastani’s shoot got over.  When the film became a superhit, a source stated to a publication, “When I saw them during Bajirao Mastani, that's when I knew, this is something that's going to last.” Another source added that even during group dinners, their love-struck eyes for each other would not go unnoticed by people and shared, “It's like nothing else matters. And they talk about everything non-stop, like, say, a married couple would.”

Deepika has always been vocal and all praises for Ranveer’s passion of his art.
