Komal Rani Swarnkar has finally broken her silence on her relationship with Govinda, taking a sharp jab at those questioning her character.

The buzz resurfaced when the two were spotted visiting Lalbaugcha Raja and seeking blessings together. Following the visit, Govinda broke his silence, and now, Komal Rani has taken a sharp jab at those questioning her relationship with Govinda.
Komal Rani took to her Instagram handle on October 2, 2026, and posted a series of stories taking a heated jab at people questioning her relationship with Govinda. She began by saying she is aware of how people have been commenting on her and Govinda's personal life and character. However, she has never seen anyone take such a stern stance on "terrorism, politics, the death of actors or even another actor's multiple marriages."
She questioned why their personal life was being questioned. Komal Rani pointed out that she had just gone to Lalbaugcha Raja with her "hero" to pray for the success of their upcoming film, Rupa. She went on to question why it became a matter of shame or "dikhawa" and added:
"And when these very so -called celebrities visit various public places with their own male co-stars to promote their films. Don't they feel ashamed when they do exactly the same thing themselves? We announced our film Roopa, not a romantic affair. So who are you to decide that our appearance together is meant to showcase a personal relationship rather than promote our film? We are working together, and we will continue to be seen together. If that bothers anyone, let them burn."
She further went on to take an alleged jab at Divya Khosla. Without naming the actress, she alleged that some actresses whose careers have gone stale have started commenting on her appearance with Govinda. Komal Rani pointed out that these actresses' films no longer work at the box office, and seem to have "nothing left except their washed-out brand tags". She called them out for trying to stay relevant by sticking their noses into other people's ongoing controversies and desperately trying to keep themselves in the limelight.
She further got direct and said she has no interest in taking lessons on sindoor and marriage from such women. Komal Rani alleged that these women's own marriages were falling apart, yet they were trying to tell her what was right and what wasn't. Komal alleged that they were just taking out their own frustrations for not being able to keep their own marriages together. She was quoted as saying:
"I do not consider such women worthy of judging me-especially those who idolise and support people who have spent their lives drinking all night, indulging in multiple affairs with other men, and even fantasising about one-night stands with three men in their old age, while publicly humiliating, for their own fame, the very husbands they lived with and benefited from throughout their lives.'I honestly don't give a damn whether these people think I am a good person or a bad one.'"
Komal Rani concluded by saying that these actresses are behaving like "man-eaters-women who destroy their husbands' dignity and reputation". She further aimed at them, telling them to stop trying to stay relevant by piggybacking on her name. She went on to quote, "Perhaps the saying is true: 'Your dignity is in your own hands.' People like that should know their limits and stop provoking others to the point where their own past may be exposed."
For those who don't know, Divya Khossla had slammed Govinda and Komal Rani on October 1, 2026. She took to her Instagram handle and questioned whether they understood the meaning and importance of sindoor. In her note, she took a dig at them and said what they do in their private lives is their business. However, they should not disrespect a culture. Divya had talked about the importance of sindoor in a Hindu woman's life while taking a sharp jab at Komal's pictures from the Lalbaugcha Raja visit.
