'Nana' Randhir Kapoor Says Media's Obsession For Taimur Ali Khan Has Made Even His Maid Popular

He is the newest obsession among all the Bollywood fans. He is only a year old and he has already made everyone go weak in their knees with his aww-dorable looks and those innocent eyes! Yes, we are talking about baby Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi.

He has become an internet sensation, all thanks to his pictures that go viral every time they come online! He has got the perfect looks of Kapoor khandaan. Kareena even said that he looks a lot like her father, Randhir Kapoor.

His nana, Randhir is elated to be a grandfather again and cherry on the cake is that Taimur resembles his grandpa in a lot of ways – those eyes, that smile!

Sometime back, after returning from his Europe trip, Randhir got candid about his youngest grandson, Taimur. He shared some unknown things about the little munchkin. Read on to know what all he said!

Taimur is paparazzi’s favourite child and whenever he is accompanying his mommy Kareena, he gets hell lot of attention. So, can this attention spoil Taimur when he grows up?

His grandpa Randhir shared that the family wants Taimur to stay grounded always. He said:

“We all love Taimur so much and we are very being cautious that he doesn’t get spoiled by all the attention that he’s getting [from the media].”

We also hope that all the attention from the media and the fans doesn’t spoil him in future.  Randhir feels that becoming a grandfather again is such a beautiful experience. He has started visiting his daughter’s place more now. Talking further about it, he said:

“Taimur is now seven months old and ever since he was born, I visit Kareena more often than I used to earlier. I love spending time with my grandkids, and Taimur is the youngest, so everyone is so fond of him. He is not cranky, but a bit naughty and, yeah, smart, too.”

We are pleased to hear that he isn’t a cranky child! This bundle of cuteness has not only won millions of hearts outside B-town, even his family members can’t resist his innocence!

So, everyone in the family believes that Taimur is a copy of his nanu. Does Randhir also think that Taimur resembles him a lot? Randhir beamingly said:

“Ah! That’s [a] godsend, what can I say about it? Whether it’s his blue eyes or his looks, he definitely has the Kapoor genes.”

Randhir is not only a protective grandfather, but also a concerned dad who always stands for his daughter. Recently, when some people tried to troll Kareena for being an irresponsible mother, he hit back with a very strong answer. He said:

“All I can say is that she is a very good mother and she’s not leaving the child behind, but just being a working mother. There’s nothing wrong in it. [Also] what’s the harm if she goes out for shopping or hits the gym? After all, she has got a life, too.”

Just recently, nanu  Randhir talked about Taimur's fan following and how that has made even his nanny famous. He was quoted as saying:

“Every day I get up in the morning, and I see a picture of my grandson in the newspaper. The paparazzi is permanently stationed below the house. Now, everyone recognises his maid also! That’s because of the paparazzi.”

As revealed by Randhir that Taimur is a naughty baby, we can’t help but imagine him doing all the naughty yet cute things in his house or when he visits his maasi or nani’s place!
