Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda posted glimpses of their 'mehendi', and oh boy, it is the first time a groom flaunted a hand 'gajra'.
Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda finally took their relationship to the next level by tying the knot in an intimate ceremony on March 15, 2024. The couple left our jaws-dropped with their dreamy wedding pictures that are still going viral on the internet. Pulkit and Kriti's love bloomed on the sets of Pagalpanti in 2019. For those who don't know, Pulkit was earlier married to Shweta Rohira. However, they parted ways within 11 months of their wedding.
On March 20, 2024, Pulkit finally shared glimpses of his and Kriti's dreamy wedding. While grooms fret over mehendi, Pulkit happily took part in the ceremony. He was even seen applying mehendi on his dulhaniya, Kriti's palm. The bride was decked up in a golden-toned lehenga, which featured a corset-style choli, a matching lehenga, and a dupatta.

Kriti's look was accentuated by heavy jhumkas with matching ear chains and a maang teeka. Soft makeup and hair half-tied at the back completed her look. However, it was Pulkit who outshone his dulhaniya. Pulkit wore a mehendi green-toned kurta with a sleeveless jacket. But the highlight of his look was a hand gajra, which is worn by Muslim brides on their mehendi. Sharing the photos, Pulkit wrote:
"Ishq ka rang aisa, hum hosh-rubaa ho gaye."
Pulkit not only aced his look on his mehendi day, but he also left us in awe with his wedding day outfit. The groom, Pulkit, won hearts by going the extra mile to impress his bride, Kriti. He looked handsome in a pistachio green sherwani from Anamika Khanna, which featured the Gayatri mantra on it. Pulkit's ensemble included an angrakha kurta, salwar, and matching doshala. The outfit was further embroidered with the Gayatri mantra in pastel thread, making it look like a part of the design. We also loved his jewellery choice. Pulkit flaunted a heavy neck chain with a big pendant and big kundan earrings. His look was completed with a turban and a jutti.
On the other hand, Kriti looked pretty in a pink-toned lehenga, featuring a flared lehenga skirt with scallop detailing on the hem, matching choli and a dupatta. She kept her look subtle for the morning wedding. A choker neckpiece, maang teeka and a nath completed her look.
Pulkit gave a dhamakedar welcome to his bride, Kriti in his home in Delhi. In a video that went viral on the internet, we can see Kriti and Pulkit arriving in style and dancing to the beats of dhol at their Delhi home. The family happily welcomed them, and Kriti and Pulkit looked super happy. For the special moment, Kriti was donning a floral-printed saree with a strappy blouse. On the other hand, Pulkit looked handsome in a kurta with dhoti.
