On May 26, 2020, Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram handle to share her first-ever picture with husband, Nick from two years ago. Sharing the picture Priyanka wrote, “2 years ago today we took our very first picture together. Every day since then you have brought me endless joy and happiness. I love you @nickjonas Thank you for making our life together so incredible. Here’s to many more date nights...” with a heart emoticon. To which Nick replied, “Best two years of my life. Nick also took to his Instagram handle to recall their first date two years ago. Sharing a picture with Priyanka, he called the past two years to be the best years of his life and shared his happiness with the idea of spending the rest of their lives together. Along with the picture, Nick wrote, “This beautiful woman and I went on our first date two years ago today. It has been the best two years of my life, and to think I am lucky enough to get to spend the rest of my life with her is such an incredible blessing. I love you babe. Happy two years” followed by two heart emoticons. To which Priyanka claimed that it is the best decision of her life, “I love you jaan.. best decision of my life..” followed by a heart emoticon. On a chat show named, The Daily Show, Nick had opened up about his relationship and had revealed why he had felt that Priyanka is the ‘one’ for him. Nick was quoted as saying, "So many things. I could go into all of it and get all mushy but, I think the thing that really connected both of us is our love for family and faith and the importance of being connected to those who are always going to be there for you. We found that in each other as well, which is a beautiful thing. I'm excited to start our life together."
According to reports, Priyanka and Nick were introduced by Chopra's Quantico co-star Graham Rogers in April 2017. Later, a source had told People.com, “They are so happy. His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they’re all really excited for him.
