It was on June 3, 2015, when Nishka Lulla tied the knot with businessman, Dhruv Mehra at the ISKCON temple, and later, the couple had a destination wedding in Anantara, Bangkok. With her dramatic bridal entry on a shikara, holding her long Fuschia pink veil with a 30 feet trail behind her, Nishka had set the bridal goals higher. Four years after their wedding, Nishka and Dhruv embraced parenthood with the arrival of their little angel, Miraya.

To announce her pregnancy, Nishka Lulla posted pictures with Miraya from her maternity photoshoot. Revealing Miraya is soon going to be a big sister, Nishka had written, "Here we go AGAIN! Miraya is excited about being promoted to 'Big Sister'! October 2021, BABY no 2 is due. So this is the reason I've been MIA since the last few months! In an interview with The New Indian Express Indulge, Neeta Lulla and Nishka Lulla spoke about fashion and the lessons learnt from each other. Revealing how her granddaughter is closer to her own sensibilities, the proud grandmom, Neeta had said, "Nishka was all about pinks and girly frills. Whereas, Miraya is boisterous, eager to learn and loves cars, football, greens and blues! I keep telling her that she is definitely going to take over the Neeta Lulla brand!"
When asked what would constitute a great gift, Neeta Lulla had retorted, "The best gift that Nishka has given me is this bundle of joy — my granddaughter, Miraya. And I like to believe that the best gift I have given Nishka is her strong sense of individuality, ethics and integrity, in her work and otherwise. In today’s trying times these are the qualities we must value and introspect." On Mother's Day 2021, Nishka had posted a picture with Neeta and Miraya, with the caption, "Happy Mother's Day to the best role model I could have ever asked for! @neeta_lulla."
