Taking to her social media handle, Instagram, Payal Gaming posted a picture note. She shared that she never speak in public about something deeply personal and distressing. However, she had to as a video has been surfacing on the internet claiming to be hers. She added that she has no connection to it. Her note can be read as:
"I never expected to have to speak publicly about something so personal and distressing. Over the past few days, content has been circulated that falsely my name and image with a video currently being shared on digital platforms. I want to state this clearly and without ambiguity: the individual depicted in that video is not me and it has no connection to my life, my choices and my identity."
Payal also highlighted how fast the video went viral. She stated that these actions can harm a person's life far beyond just the screen presence. She added that she always believed in not reacting to negativity, but this situation demanded immediate action to avoid character attacks and online abuse.
Payal stated that it is not just harmless content but a deeply hurtful and dehumanising act. She stated that she would take appropriate legal steps, and she also requested that the media and public not share the content of the video online in any manner. She thanked those who supported her during this time and stood with her.
Payal Gaming's real name is Payal Dhare, who started her YouTube journey in 2019. She is just 21 years old and has won many awards. She often post videos of her gameplay from popular games such as Battlegrounds Mobile India, PUBG, GTA V, and more. She soon gained significant support for her interactive personality and relatable content. She built a large fan base. Within two years, she surpassed the 1 million subscribers mark on YouTube. She also set a record as the first Indian female gamer to reach 3 million subscribers on YouTube.
Talking more about her journey in the gaming world, she is also affiliated with S8UL Esports, which is India's leading gaming organisation. She collaborated with top streamers and participates in gaming events. At the mere age of 21, Payal Gaming has made a huge name for herself in the gaming world, which is dominated by men.
