One of the celeb couples who took the nuptial plunge this wedding season is Parul Chauhan and Chirag Thakkar. Parul and Chirag got married on December 12, 2018. Parul Chauhan and Chirag Thakkar are now enjoying their marital life with their honeymoon phase. Last week, Parul had shared a few pictures from her honeymoon in Nepal, and now she and Chirag are headed off to the Maldives. On her official Instagram handle, captioning the following married-picture, Parul wrote, “Off to the Maldives.”

Parul has also shared the following beach pictures from her honeymoon in the Maldives with hubby, Chirag. She has captioned these as, “You will forever be my always.”

Parul Chauhan had shared the following picture from their wedding after the D-day, and thanking everyone, captioned it as, “Our wedding was a busy day filled with family members, friends, and other loved ones. Thanks so much for being an important part of this day—we will remember it always! We thank each and everyone for blessing us with their presence... God bless.”

She also shared a picture from the auspicious moment of the groom putting sindoor on his bride’s head. Parul and Chirag’s marriage is a love marriage. The two have known each other for quite a while. Commenting on the same, before her wedding, Parul had shared with a media portal, “Chirag is not my boyfriend, he is my friend. We have not dated in the conventional term. If having coffee together and sharing everything with your best friend amounts to dating, then yes, we dated for three years.”

Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai actress further revealed, “I met Chirag in 2015 through a common friend and found him to be completely different from the people I come across usually. He is a simple and rooted guy. He did not propose to me. We have been good friends and everything is progressing slowly. I realised that I should marry a guy like him when I started to know him better, as he would always keep his companion happy. Last year, when my mother visited me during Diwali I invited Chirag and his family for the puja. When my mother met Chirag, she said that she wanted a son-in-law like him. The two families eventually talked about it and finally, we are getting married.”

In September 2018, Parul confirmed her wedding with Chirag with her fans. She shared the following picture on her Instagram handle and captioned it as, “I believe marriage is lifelong commitment and friendship is a lifelong engagement.
