Meanwhile, one of the couples, Parmida Keshani and Corbin Mims, has dismissed the fact that their relationship is based on lust instead of emotional attraction for each other.
The latest episode of Love Island USA, which premiered on July 3, 2026, featured a segment where every couple was asked to nominate two pairs that they believe are not a perfect fit for each other. Amid this, the relationship of Parmida Keshani and Corbin Mims created doubts for Kenzie Annis and Dylan Wrona, who expressed their doubts about the connection.
Notably, Kenzie and Dylan’s questioning was a result of Corbin appreciating the physical qualities of his partner. While Kenzie described the bond as a lustful relationship, Parmida dismissed the same and said:
“I definitely disagree. From the outside, it might look that way to you because we are both very good looking and we both workout.”
The other contestants were spotted giving funny reactions when Parmida and Corbin clarified everyone’s doubts about their relationship. Parmida told the contestants that although things are looking a little bit different, she and Corbin can be “deep and serious” in terms of their connection. She ended by saying:
“You just haven’t seen that because you aren’t in our chats.”
In another episode that premiered on June 29, 2026, Parmida Keshani and Corbin Mims grabbed a lot of attention from the viewers as they were spotted together in the bathroom. Notably, the duo was then making out in the shower, and they later revealed the same to the entire villa. The pair also opted to make everything official after confirming that they planned to close off the things a few days after staying together.
Details about Parmida and Corbin’s relationship before the show also emerged before the premiere of the episode last week. The pair knew each other from the past, and it was Corbin, who got in touch with Parmida at first. Although Corbin dismissed the claim in the beginning, he later admitted that it was true.
Parmida claimed that Corbin’s message seemingly said that he was moving to Miami and that they should “work out together.” However, things did not progress as planned and ended very soon. Notably, when they entered Love Island USA, Parmida initially asked Corbin if he remembered that she texted him on Instagram. Corbin recalled the conversation after Parmida said:
“You don’t remember messaging me? We followed each other. It was a short conversation. It was like, ‘Hey, I’m moving to Miami. We should work out together, and we should run.’”
It is believed that Parmida and Corbin possibly met each other after the former visited Miami in May 2025. However, none of them has confirmed the claims from their side so far.
