A paparazzo recently shared their pact with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor after Raha's birth. They recall how the little one's face reveal went viral on the internet.
The paparazzi culture has exponentially increased in the Indian entertainment industry ever since the COVID-19 pandemic befell us. Recently, two paparazzi, Sneh Zala and Vishal Mohan sat with Arhaan Khan, Dev Raiyani and Arush Verma on their show, Dumb Biryani and talked about their profession. During the conversation, the paparazzi revealed how Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor had previously asked them to maintain privacy around their daughter, Raha Kapoor.
The popular Bollywood couple, Alia and Ranbir, who got married in April 2022, welcomed their first baby girl in November of the same year. Their fans used to be very excited to have a look at their favourite couple’s little munchkin. But the doting parents had decided not to reveal Raha’s face for a year since her birth. While Sneh was talking on Arhaan’s show, he revealed how Alia and Ranbir asked them to use emoticons over Raha’s face if accidentally they ever captured her face. In his words:
“For this Raha also, Ranbir-Alia’s daughter, they have asked us to maintain the privacy. They also asked us ki tum logo ko agar aisa kabhi photo mil bhi jaa raha hai toh use that emoji and all.”

The paparazzi further said that they avoided clicking pictures when Raha was with Alia and Ranbir as she was just a baby and they maintained that particular thing. Moreover, he also added that when Kareena Kapoor’s son, Taimur would go to school with his nanny, they would avoid clicking such pictures. While they were never asked by Saif or Kareena not to click, they still understand that they are just kids and it might impact them somehow. And that’s how they never cross the line of privacy with celebrities.

Further in the conversation, one of the hosts asked the two paparazzi to name some of the current celebrities who capture most of their attention. They first took the name of the social media sensation Orhan Awatramani, aka Orry. They talked about the much-loved celebrity couples like Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, and Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. They also revealed that Alia and Ranbir’s picture with their daughter had broken the internet. For those who don’t know, the couple revealed their little munchkin’s face on Christmas 2023. Sneh said:
“Alia Ranbir, this picture with her daughter, usne toh pura break kar diya tha internet. Twitter pe Alia bhi trend ho rahi hai, Ranbir bhi trend ho raha hai Raha bhi trend ho rahi hai ek hi din mein. Wo bohot bada ek dhamaka tha.”
When Sneh talked about Raha’s picture, Arhaan jokingly added that everyone forgot about his father, Arbaaz Khan’s marriage after her picture went viral. For those are unaware, the Bollywood actor tied the knot for the second time with celebrity makeup artist, Sshura Khan on the evening of December 24, 2023, a day before Alia and Ranbir decided to reveal their munchkin’s face.
