Hania entered showbiz in 2016 and has acted in several Pakistani dramas, but her shot to fame was her role as 'Hala' in the drama, Mere Humsafar, co-starring Farhan Saeed. Hania Aamir recently attended the film, Poppay Ki Wedding's premiere event wearing a casual chic outfit consisting of straight-fit jeans and a white shirt. The actress left her tresses open and opted for minimal makeup to complete her look. In a video posted by Shadab Hussain Siddiqui on his Instagram account, the Pakistani starlet was seen greeting and hugging the film's lead actor, Khushhal Khan. The two also engaged in a conversation before posing for pictures.

While a segment of the people on the internet slammed her for hugging the actor, others came in support of her, criticising those who questioned her morality. One user said, "Ek hug se bhi logo ko itni problem hai! Waise guys vulgar tum log ho jo aurato ke peeche pare raheto ho." Another one wrote, "Kesey ghaly mil rhi hy public my sharam ani chahe." On April 21, 2024, Hania took to her Instagram account and shared a post with the popular Indian rapper, Badshah. The two met in Dubai. While Hania was dressed in a beige-hued T-shirt paired with a pair of jeans, Badshah, on the other hand, opted for an all-black outfit. Along with their picture together, the Pakistani starlet also gave a glimpse of the delicious spread of food that they had as well as a video where Hania was seen enjoying a glass of drink and Badshah was commentating in the background. Hania captioned the post:
