According to Page Six, the photos were taken at Ambiente, a luxury resort in Sedona, Arizona. The report says the two were seen holding hands and hugging during their time there. A source told the outlet that they had breakfast together on March 28, 2026, at the hotel’s restaurant patio. After that, they were seen spending time near the pool. The report says they sat together, used the hot tub, and stayed there for about an hour. Later in the evening, another sighting was shared. A person told Page Six that they saw both of them on a private rooftop area of one of the hotel bungalows. The same person claimed they even danced together for a short time.
The report also said that they left the pool area separately. While that detail stood out, what added to the confusion was what different people claimed later. Both, Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini said they were not alone. They shared that they were with friends during that trip. A source close to Russini told Page Six that she was there with two female friends after going on a hiking trip earlier in the day. On the other side, a friend of Mike Vrabel said he was also not alone. According to that source, Vrabel had travelled to Sedona with another friend, and they all spent time together with Russini and her group before heading back. But not everyone agreed with that version. The same Page Six story mentioned that three eyewitnesses said they did not see anyone else with them during those moments.
While the photos were being discussed, an old interview between, Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini from 2025 started going viral again. In that interview, Russini asked Vrabel what things outside football bother him. Vrabel said one thing that “drives him nuts” is when people leave shopping carts in random places in parking lots instead of putting them back. He then gave another example. He talked about people parking in handicapped spots just to quickly go inside places like Starbucks. He explained that some people park there to pick up mobile orders, even when they should not.
Vrabel said he had even spoken to people about it. He shared real situations. One person told him they were late for yoga and needed to rush. Another person said they were picking up an order for DoorDash. The way he explained these small daily things felt honest and easy to relate to, which is likely why the clip is now being shared again. At the same time, the timing made the moment bigger. The resurfaced interview came right when the photos from Sedona were already trending. That made people connect both stories, even though they are from different times.
It is also important to note that both, Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini are not married. Vrabel has been married to Jen Vrabel since 1999, and they have two children.
