'Jamai Raja' Actress Nilu Kohli's Daughter, Sahiba Gets Married, TV Celebrities Grace The Wedding

For those who do not know, Nilu Kohli was last seen in Manmarziyaan in which she played Abhishek Bachchan’s character, Robbie’s mother. She has also appeared in other Bollywood movies and hit TV serials like Jamai Raja, Mere Angne Mein, Madhubala, among others. The reason Nilu Kohli is riding high in life these days is that her daughter, Sahiba is now married!

Yes, Nilu Kohli’s daughter, Sahiba’s pre-wedding festivities kicked-off with sangeet and mehendi on February 23, 2019, in a farmhouse and the wedding took place on February 24, 2019, in a plush hotel in Mumbai. Sharing the following picture from her daughter’s wedding, Nitu Kohli wrote on Instagram, “And she got hitched...to the man of her dreams..#nakulsahibakishadi.”

Many celebrities from the television industry like Sayantani Ghosh, Ridheema Tiwari, Jaskaran Gandhi, Shruti Ulfat, Summit Bhardwaj, among others graced Sahiba’s wedding. Famous actress, Shruti Ulfat shared many pics from Sahiba’s wedding function. Sharing the following picture from the cocktail party, Shruti captioned it as, “Nilu bhabhi @nilukohli ..badhaiyaan aapko..sahiba ki shaadi ki cocktail party..so much fun n dancing n eating and meeting friends. Lovely evening.”

Nilu Kohli had taken a small sabbatical from the television industry after doing Manmarziyaan. But now she is back with her TV serial, Band Baaja Bandh Darwazaa. Talking about the same, Nilu recently told the Times of India, “I took a small break from television after my show 'Naamkarann' went off air last year. I was busy with my Bollywood film 'Manmarziyaan'. I'm happy to return home. TV has been a home for me as it got me stardom.”
