Soon enough, they had felt an instant connection with each other and eventually, they had started dating, as per the media reports. However, the alleged couple has never admitted nor denied the fact.
Reportedly, actress, Nikki Galrani has been often spotted spending some quality time with Aadhi's family members. Infact she was even seen at the intimate birthday bash of Aadhi's father, director, Ravi Raja Pinisetty. Now, a rumour is rife that the couple has got engaged.

In September 2020, Nikki Galrani was tested positive for COVID-19 and had suffered for quite some time. However, after recovering, she was spotted with Aadhi at the airport which had ignited the speculations about their relationship even more. She was seen in a black sweatshirt and joggers, while Aadhi had worn a checked shirt and denim pants.
On the work front, Aadhi Pinisetty is gearing up for his upcoming film, The Warrior as an antagonist.
