According to the latest report, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife, Aaliya's formal divorce to have an ugly battle for the custody of their children!
The news about Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s impending divorce from his estranged wife, Aaliya, has been gathering a lot of limelight in the past few months. Their personal disagreement took an ugly turn ever since Aaliya took to her social media handle and revealed how her husband and in-laws had maltreated her and that she and her children refrained from stepping into Nawaz’s property.

According to the latest report in ETimes, Aaliya Siddiqui has informed that her divorce proceedings have begun in full swing and that all the legal battles will end soon. Moreover, she also mentioned how her ex-husband, Nawazuddin, has reached out to her for a final settlement and revealed that she has not responded. Interestingly, she also hinted at a possibility of a custodian fight between the two of them, as she mentioned that Nawaz has also filed a petition for the rights of their children, Shora and Yani, and revealed how she would fight for their sake since the children do not want to go back to their father.
Moving further in the same report, Aaliya has supposedly mentioned that during these difficult times of her impending divorce, she is also facing a housing crisis simultaneously after being thrown out of her mother-in-law’s house. As a result, she has been living in a rented apartment that has already served her a 30-day notice to vacate the premises, citing her legal battles as the cause.
According to another report by the ETimes, Nawazuddin Siddique has also slammed a serious defamation case against his former wife, Aaliya and his brother, Shamsuddin Siddiqui, for tarnishing his public image. He has accused them of making defamatory and false statements against him. Moreover, the actor has reportedly filed a complaint against his brother, Shamsuddin, for instigating his wife against him and has demanded a written apology from both of them.

A few days earlier, on March 6, 2023, Nawazuddin Siddiqui had taken to his IG handle and dropped a clarification post of his stance in the wake of the ongoing divorce battle with his estranged wife, Aaliya. The actor clarified that the allegations against him were untrue and that his wife's stance to take up their personal matter publicly had affected his public image. Moreover, he mentioned that despite it all, his love for his children had never altered, and the last thing he wanted was to spoil their childhood with such ugly legal matters.
