The FBI earlier had released pictures and videos of an armed man wearing a mask in front of her house, and then the name of Luke Daley came into the spotlight. Netizens on the social media were convinced that he was involved in Nancy's abduction. Now, latest reports reveal that detectives near Nancy's neighbourhood have now found multiple gloves.
For the unversed, days after Lucas Daley's name emerged in a clip by famous YouTuber Max Vault, who claimed the man in the clip's facial features matched those of Daley. Now, the Pima County Sheriff's Department has given a small update related to the case and revealed that detectives and agents in Nancy's neighbourhood have been canvassing for clues. The sheriff's office gave the statement to ABC7.com, and investigators have noted that multiple gloves from Nancy's neighbourhood have been discovered. The statement read:
"Detectives and agents have collected multiple gloves from the area, and analysis is part of the investigation. Specific details about these pieces of evidence will not be shared publicly, as this remains an active investigation."
Well, YouTuber, Max Vault, had claimed that it was Luke Daley who had kidnapped Nancy Guthrie in the case and revealed in his clip that the other person you see is Luke Daley. He believed that he was standing on Nancy Guthrie's front porch and had a huge role in his abduction. For the unversed, a lawyer had represented Luke and his mom, who were briefly detained in connection with Nancy Guthrie's investigation.
For the unversed, Lukas and his mom's home were searched by investigators on February 13, 2026, according to a statement by his lawyer, Chris Scileppi. Their home reportedly is 2 miles away from Nancy Guthrie's house. Chris Scileppi had then made the confirmation that Lukas had also served his time in the prison on dr** related charge and was the target of the FBI and also the ima County Sheriff's Department. However, neither Lukas nor his mother were arr**ted as both of them have no links to Nancy Guthrie. In his words:
"Like the entire Tucson community, both Mr. Daley and his mother are hopeful that Nancy will be returned to her family unharmed."
Luke Daley was the second person who was detained and also questioned by the sheriff. He was released post a deliveryman who had identified himself as Carlos was also stopped earlier for the investigation. The search for Nancy has been going on, and the Guthrie family in the past has already made multiple public pleas related to information surrounding their missing home. The FBI had earlier released the doorcam clip footage which was released by the FBI.

FBI has not recovered any more video from Nancy's home security system and they have not been able to associate a vehicle in relation to Nancy's abduction.
