For those who don't know, Mouni and Suraj also co-owned a restaurant in Mumbai named Badmaash. The restaurant is still operational and was opened in 2023. It has another chain in Bengaluru.

Not only this, Mouni Roy's best friend, Disha Patani, had also unfollowed Suraj Nambiar. The two got married in a grand destination wedding in Goa, in January 2022. They had two wedding celebrations, one was a blended Bengali celebration, and the other was a South Indian affair. Fans loved the photos and videos of Mouni and Suraj as they took the pheras. After tying the knot with Suraj, Mouni introduced the world to her charming husband, Suraj. She had posted a couple of pictures from her wedding ceremony. Alongside it, she had narrated that she had finally found her 'mister right'. The gorgeous bride had written:

For Mouni, the wedding was a union of Shiv and Shakti and she would often express her love for Suraj by sharing photos on Instagram. On her first Karwa Chauth, Mouni Roy got Shiv and Shakti-designed mehendi. On the other hand, she had opted for a mehendi design of a woman giving argh to the moon. For her first Karwa Chauth, Mouni wore a golden-hued saree, which she teamed with a strappy golden blouse. She accentuated her look with jhumkis and red-coloured bangles. Her look was completed with subtle makeup and hair tied in a bun.
As the recent report claims that Mouni and Suraj have parted ways, the couple's fans are eagerly awaiting an official confirmation about the status of their relationship. While many are hoping that it turns out to be false, others are sure that something is off between Mouni and Suraj.
