It was in 2015 when Shahid Kapoor's Dil Bola Hadippa! with the arrival of his ray of sunshine, Mira Rajput in his life. Shahid fell in love with Delhi-based Mira and the couple tied the knot on July 7. With their Vivah, a lot of hearts got broken as the most eligible bachelor of Bollywood was finally taken. Shahid and Mira's 'happily ever after' journey became happier with the arrival of their little bundles of joy, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor.

It was after their wedding ceremonies when Shahid Kapoor walked hand-in-hand with his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor to pose for the paparazzi. To introduce his wife to the world and announcing his 'just married' status, Shahid had captioned his selfie with Mira as "#hitched". On their first anniversary, Shahid had posted a picture with Mira, as the couple shared their 'kiss of love' moment. Shahid had captioned it as "Happy first anniversary my love. @mira.kapoor you are my sunshine."
