Apart from that, Minissha had also opened up about getting cheated by an actor in Bollywood and then she had confirmed dating someone. Her fans were curious to know about the person, whom she is seeing currently. Minissha Lamba had walked down the aisle in 2015 after she had met Ryan Tham, who is the owner of a nightclub in Juhu. After dating for two years, Minissha had decided to tie the marital knot with Ryan in an intimate affair. However, things did not go well between the duo, and they had decided to part ways in 2020. Though Minissha had maintained a dignified silence on the reason for her divorce, a few days back, in an interview with Navbharat Times, she had said that it is important to walk out of a relationship if it becomes toxic.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, when Minissha Lambahad revealed about being in a relationship with a man, they had dug out and found that the man in question is Akash Malik, who is a Delhi-based businessman. The 39-year-old entrepreneur operates his own commodity trading company. A source also revealed that Minissha and Akash had met at one of the Poker Championship Events in 2019 and had instantly struck a chord.

Sources have also revealed that Minissha Lamba and Akash Malik's common interest in Poker had made them gel up so well. The duo is extremely passionate about the game, and it brought them closer. The source close to the actress also revealed that they are more than 'just friends.' The source said, "It's too early to comment on their relationship status but they are definitely more than just friends. Minissha seems to have moved on with her life, and it's good to see her in a happy space."
A few days back, Minissha had also talked about the reason why she doesn't date anyone from the film industry. Minissha had said, "The reason why I would always shy away from dating someone from the industry, not just actors, was this. because there is so much temptation around all the time. I don't want to say anything because there are a lot of people who are dating actors and it is not right to make a statement that will hurt somebody."
