The model-turned marathoner and 90s heart-throb, Milind Soman tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Ankita Konwar on April 11, 2018, in Alibaug. Their wedding took place in the presence of family members and close friends from the industry. Now, after exact 3 months of their traditional Assamese wedding, Ankita and Milind exchanged their wedding vows again in a barefoot wedding at Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Milind and Ankita’s dreamy barefoot wedding took place on July 11, 2018, amidst the woods and serene waterfall in the backdrop. While the bride wore an elegant white dress with a matching flower-made tiara and bouquet, the groom looked dapper, as always, in a white suit with a blue blazer complementing his lovely wife.

Post their Assamese wedding, Milind and Ankita went for their honeymoon in Hawaii. The lovebirds are travelling and exploring the world ever since then. They are enjoying their honeymoon phase to the fullest and now they gave a pleasant surprise to all their fans by exchanging wedding vows again.

Known for setting up new trends, Milind and Ankita decided to plant saplings of trees, one for each of the guests who attended the wedding. Milind (52) and Ankita (26) were trolled on social media for their huge age gap. Milind dealt with all the trolls in a calm way and was quoted as saying earlier, “A relationship, it’s about both the people. And I don’t consider age at all for anything- whether its relationships, fitness or health or whatever.” When he was asked to react to online comments such as ‘Milind and Ankita look like father and daughter’, he replied, “I guess some people find it unusual.
