As both of them are married to their respective partners, the photos instantly grabbed the attention and brought a cheating angle. The duo came forward and denied all the claims; however, the damage was done. For several weeks, the conversation didn't die out; rather, it kept on getting intensified with new information and new photos of the duo in close proximity going insanely viral.

While in the last few days, the couple went out of focus, as it seems that the NFL world is still buzzing with the incident that turned out to be a massive topic of discussion. Recently, a new conversation has arisen again about the same incident. Recently, NFL podcasters and Radio personalities sat for a conversation, and they had one simple question: who might have paid for the adult-only Arizona hotel, which is reportedly worth USD 2K.
According to the NFL Podcaster, Tony Farmer, during his recent appearance on 98.5 The Sports Hub, openly challenged the implications surrounding the alleged vacation. According to him, if Dianna Russini had paid USD 2K for the trip and over the source, then it's simply prohibited in journalism, while if Mike Vrabel paid the same, that means he paid a coach of the Year voter, after which he actually won the Coach of the Year.
Tony said that it's simply problematic to him, and feels that until and unless Mike Vrabel comes forward with the right kind of answers, this incident is never going to go away. While there's no confirmation about who might have paid for the hotel, the question has been there for several weeks. Tony Farmer could be quoted as saying:
“Who paid for the Sedona adults-only resort, that’s about $2,000 a night? If Dianna Russini paid for it, she’s paying her sources, which is strictly forbidden in journalism, and if Mike Vrabel paid for it, then that means he paid a Coach of the Year voter, and right after he won Coach of the Year. That’s problematic for me as well. So there are questions that need to be answered, and I don’t think this story goes away completely until he starts answering some honest questions."
Soon after Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini's photos were released by Page Six, speculations were there about who might have leaked the photos. Several reports and assumptions have led people to wonder if this work had been done by any of the duo's spouses. While some started believing the unverified claims that Dianna's husband hired a PI and there might be a revenge motive there, TMZ later revealed that the photos were actually clicked by a fan of Mike, who was also at the same hotel. No sooner did he mark Mike than he clicked his photos, and the rest is history.
Not only were there photos from Arizona that made waves on social media, but a photo also showed them kissing. By then, Dianna was all set to get married, while Mike was already married to his wife, Jen, and in the photo, he was even flaunting his wedding rings. Another photo made the rounds on social media, first shared by TMZ. The photo showed pregnant Dianna on a boat with Mike Vrabel.
By then, i.e. June 2021, Dianna was married and was carrying her first child when she went on a boat day out with Mike. To mention, all the information and photos actually ended up making the controversy even more intense. Mike and Dianna haven't made any recent comments. While the former is undergoing counselling right now, the latter has stepped out of the public limelight.
