It was soon after the controversy erupted that former FOX Sports analyst Emmanuel Acho, on his show, Speakeasy, shared his view on Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini's viral photos. As per him, it could be possible that a private investigator has been hired to make the duo's photo viral. As per him, Page Six claimed the person to be a 'spy' who shared the photos of the duo with them. On top of that, as per Emmanuel, the photos of Mike and Dianna didn't look like a shoot on iPhone and rather on a camera, which made it certain that it was a work of a spy.
On the other hand, Front Office Sports revealed that the photos of Mike and Dianna were shopped for several publications, including TMZ, in exchange for four figures. Amid this going on, a social media user took to his profile and reposted Front Office Sports' post, claiming it might be the work of Jennifer Vrabel, Mike's wife, to hire a PI to track her husband's whereabouts. To mention, it's just a comment from a user, and there is no truth to it, since neither Mike nor his wife has ever confirmed the same. Mike and Jennifer have been married for almost three decades.
The couple got married in 1999 and became parents to two kids. As the controversy erupted, Mike's marital life was in focus as well. Time and again, Mike has spoken about his wife and her contribution to his career.
As per Marca, in an old interview, Mike Vrabel has spoken about Jennifer, a former collegiate athlete at Ohio State, adorably, stating that he loves her so much and that she has a deep understanding of the league. Mike also added that his wife challenged him to get into the NFL after his quality time in Ohio. Mike Vrable, while speaking about his wife, said:
"I love her to death. She's been through a lot and she understands this league. She challenged me to get into the NFL after spending some time at Ohio State."
As far as professional life is concerned, Dianna Russini has reportedly been kept away from her daily duties at The Athletic, as an investigation is reportedly ongoing. Questions have arisen about whether she might lose her job or not, but her friends, even the executive editor of The Athletic, showed their support to her. On the other hand, people have tagged Mike Vrabel's move as 'embarrassing' as he reportedly will not take part in Monday’s scheduled media availability, due to the ongoing controversy.
