'Members Only: Palm Beach' Season 1 finale has ended with a dramatic birthday blast, apologies, and tension that has left viewers gripping the edge of their seats.
Members Only: Palm Beach was released on Netflix in full on December 29, 2025 (ET). The show followed the lives of five women living in Palm Beach County, known for its private clubs, inherited wealth, and strict social rules. The eight-episode series documented how friendships formed, broke, and shifted as the women attended events, hosted parties, and navigated the expectations that came with their status.
The Netflix show made headlines soon after its release. According to the streaming giant, the show is set within the "exclusive enclaves of Palm Beach County" and focuses on how reputations and influence are managed within closed social circles. The season offered eight fiery episodes culminating in a finale that brought unresolved tension to the forefront during what was supposed to be a lively birthday celebration. So, as apologies are offered, past remarks are discussed, and expectations around behaviour in Palm Beach society are restated, here is everything we need to remember from the dramatic finale.
Members Only: Palm Beach became one of the central moments for Gale Brophy and Ro-mina Ustayev's relationship. Throughout the season, the two were at odds over social rules and expectations. During the season run, we saw Gale repeatedly outline what Ro-mina needed to do to succeed in Palm Beach, while the latter questioned the relevance of those standards. Their conflict reached a breaking point mid-season during an etiquette class, when Ro-mina took issue with comments made about her background and later distanced herself from Gale.
However, it came out in the finale, when Gale and Ro-mina spoke again during Taja Abitbol's birthday party. Ro-mina approaches Gale and acknowledges Gale's influence within Palm Beach social circles. She later says she wants to "start afresh." Meanwhile, Gale was also seen apologising for her remarks. While the exchange was brief, it acted as a reset in their relationship. The moment was the perfect example of what Netflix describes as a world where "reputations are built over brunch" and where access and standing matter more than wealth alone. Ro-mina was quoted as saying:
"I wanted to apologize to Gale because here, you do have to be a little bit strategic because you don't want to piss off the wrong person."
Members Only: Palm Beach finale is set during Taja Abitbol's birthday party, which also becomes the home ground for every conflict the group has faced during the season. During the event, Taja gathers the group and asks them to speak openly about issues that have been discussed privately throughout the season, noting that there has been enough indirect communication. This leads to a series of statements about trust, loyalty, and past comments. Teja was quoted as saying:
"So, I just want to say that, you know, this entire season we have all spoken behind each other's backs. Say right now, whatever we have on our hearts, get it off your chests, so we can start next season on a much higher note and not talk behind each other's backs."
While some women acknowledge speaking about others behind others' backs, others explain why they felt excluded or criticised. While some conversations remained brief, other discussions altered the group's interactions for the remainder of the finale. While Taja was not able to resolve all the conflicts, confrontations definitely set the resolve in motion. However, Members Only: Palm Beach finale ended without confirming whether all five women's relationships with each other survived the season. Nonetheless, it revealed how quickly things can change in Palm Beach.
