Megyn Kelly recently shared her views on the new leaked pictures of Kristi Noem's husband, Byron Noem. The statement comes after some photos shared by the Daily Mail revealed Byron's crossdressing and links to fetish sites. The conservative commentator admitted she felt sympathy for Kristi, as the new revelation has changed many people's views of her personal life. However, she also clarified that extramarital relationships are still problematic. Sharing her views, Megyn said:
"I feel for Kristi Noem. It puts a totally different spin on the affair she's allegedly been having with Corey Lewandowski. Who could blame her? It feels almost noble at this point. It's not noble; they are both married."
Megyn's statement has quickly made headlines and sparked further discussion on social media about the situation. On the other hand, Kristi Noem expressed her shock and distress over the leaked pics in an official statement issued through her spokesperson. She admitted that she was "devastated" by the revelations and had no prior knowledge about the alleged activities. The spokesperson added that the whole family felt "blindsided" by the situation as the revelation about Byron was unexpected. Although Kristi has not spoken in detail about the matter, her statement hints at how the information has emotionally affected their whole family.

Although Bryon acknowledged some online conversations, he denied sharing sensitive or personal information about his wife. Subsequently, the situation has raised concerns among others, including Megyn, about the risk it poses to Kristi and her previous role in national security leadership. In her words:
"It makes her subject to blackmail because if the Daily Mail can find these pictures and this fetish by her married husband, so can our adversaries, and who knows who could go to Kristi Noem when she was DHS secretary and say, 'You will do the following things, or we will run to the New York Times with these photos."
Byron's leaked images have once again brought attention to the longstanding rumors about Kristi's alleged affair with Corey Lewandowski. Although rumors about the alleged relationship circulated for years, Kristi had denied them.
