Since Meezaan Jaaferi, son of Javed Jafferi, had made his acting debut with the 2019 film, Malal, he has often been in the limelight for his dating rumours. It is said that the actor is seeing superstar, Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda. Recently, Meezaan shared his strong opinion criticising media for bringing his 'friend' Navya's name in all his interviews.
A couple of weeks ago, Meezaan had expressed his fear of visiting Navya's house as he might be photographed. And media will again start sharing baseless news. Now, the actor expressed how his comments on Navya has been taken out of context.

Recently, in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Meezaan talked about his linkup rumours and said that he is spotted with another classmate, who has nothing to do with the industry. It will also become a piece of news. They'll make a headline out of it.
He further added, "You're actually talking about my whole experience with the Navya thing, when we got pictured outside a movie theatre. We'd gone to see a movie. There were others, as well, but no one wrote about them. We dealt with it, I've spoken a lot about it, as well. I've caused enough hungama (mayhem) with whatever I've said, so I'm not going to say anything more."

Navya and Meezaan often cheer for each other on their social media handles. For instance, in January this year, Navya Naveli Nanda had taken to her IG stories and had shared a picture of Meezaan posing with his trophy and certificate as he had won the Best Debut Award for his film, Malaal. Atop the adorable picture, she had written, “Congratulations!!!”
Meezaan will be next seen in an upcoming film, Hungama 2!
