The first couple to tie the knot on Married at First Sight Season 20 were the 29-year-old restaurant manager Felipe and the 32-year-old senior marketing manager Tori. They were matched by experts, who predicted their dynamics would be like those of a "lead singer and a guitarist". During the introduction, Felipe called himself a party animal but admitted he was ready to settle down; Tori, on the other hand, called herself family-oriented.
While she was initially worried that Felipe might run at the altar, he was wowed when he saw Tori. He said, "Just looking at you, I want to share all of it." The second couple to get hitched on the show was BelleJolie Force and Mecca Amen. While Force is a singer, Amen works for his family-owned Porta-Potty business. They were the third couple matched by the experts. BelleJolie, who also works as a freelance makeup artist and dance teacher, was looking for someone with an ambitious mindset like hers.
While Mecca had "broken" relationships with the mother figures in his life, BelleJolie has no relationship with her father. They both spoke about wanting to give their potential kids a different experience. On their wedding day, the couple said "I do" with a kiss on the cheek, with BelleJolie asking to save their actual first kiss for later. The third couple who got hitched on Married at First Sight Season 20 is Adam Dehmlow and Marissa Meyer, with the former saying that marriage was the "missing piece" he needed to complete his life.
The experts matched Adam, a data analyst, with Marissa, a program manager who loves going to the gym, skiing, and reading. The experts described Marissa as the "total package, flawed and honest about it." Paul C. Brunson, during the show, said, "That willingness could open Adam up, and that’s exactly what we want because we want his heart and she has the keys." Their wedding arrived at the very end of Episode 1.
Adam and Marissa recognised each other at the altar, and it cut to credits there. Yes! Plot twist. However, fans will have to wait and see exactly how they know each other and whether they still go through with the wedding in the next episode.
Let's take a look at whether the couples from Season 20 are still together. Talking about our first couple, Tori and Felipe: their relationship status is unknown, and while Felipe currently follows Tori on Instagram, she doesn't follow him back. Are Mecca and BelleJolie still together? We won't know for sure until later in the season. However, while Mecca follows BelleJolie on Instagram, she doesn't follow him back. Marissa and Adam's relationship status is currently unknown. Nonetheless, they don't follow each other on Instagram, which could also be a way for them to avoid spoilers before the big reveal.
