She donned a high-waisted skirt featuring colourful prints and floral motifs, all over it, and paired it with a halter-neck bralette. Her risque top had a plunging neckline and criss-cross straps at the back. Malaika styled her look with a breezy cape with a long train and accentuated it with hoop earrings and silver stilettos. Her glam makeup and mid-parted hairdo made her look stunning.
However, Malaika's outfit didn't go well with a section of netizens, who trolled her mercilessly. They took to the post's comment section and started age-shaming the actress. When she was asked how her showstopper ensemble resonated with her personal style, the actress said that her Limerick is something she would opt for a holiday or in her personal space. Sharing the details, she said:
"Oh, completely. This is very me, this is something that I wear a lot even in my personal space, when I'm on a holiday, at a beach, resort, or wherever. I have a lot of Limerick in my wardrobe, so yeah, this is something that I'd most certainly wear."
