It is worth mentioning that Kylie never shied away from speaking her mind. Earlier, in February 2026, Kylie expressed her wish to get a boob job. However, the situation got a bit messy after she announced her rough plan to have a breast augmentation.
During the latest episode of her podcast, Not Gonna Lie, Kylie Kelce revealed what happened after she expressed wanting a boob job on her podcast Not Gonna Lie. For the unversed, on February 12, 2026, Kylie said on her podcast that after she and Jason finish having children, she plans to get a boob job. She quipped:
"To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because of four kids. That's all I have to say about that."
However, Kylie did not expect what would happen next. In the latest episode of her podcast, Kylie revealed she got weird messages from people; doctors and medical offices contacted her and showed interest in doing a boob job on her. She mentioned putting them on a banned list. The Not Gonna Lie host said:
"I’ve said it, and then I got all these weird DMs from people, doctors’ offices, being like, 'We’ll do it.' And I was like, ‘Put them on the banned list.’ I literally have a list of doctors that reached out after I said something about [plastic surgery] on the podcast."
During the February 2026 episode of Not Gonna Lie, Kylie said that after having four children, she wanted to eventually have surgery to make her breasts look more like they did before pregnancy and breastfeeding. In the same episode, Kylie and some of her college friends watched a video of a woman showing off the results of her breast augmentation after having the procedure.
The Not Gonna Lie host told her friends that she already had a similar idea in mind. She joked about having a party where she would reveal her new look after surgery. Kelce also labeled herself as the 'president' of the 'itty bitty titty committee' prior to giving birth to her children. The host shared:
"I was told in sixth grade that I was so flat, I was jealous of the wall, so there’s that. It got to a point where when I put on a regular bra and raised my arms, I actually had nothing to sit in the cup to keep the bra down."
Kylie and Jason first met on the dating app Tinder in 2014. Kylie said in the Amazon documentary Kelce that the New Heights co-host looked kind of familiar when they matched. However, she didn’t know he was an athlete because he didn’t include any football photos on his profile. She admitted that a few of her friends helped her do some investigating and discovered he played for the Philadelphia Eagles.
It was love at first sight for Jason when he saw Kylie. In November 2015, the couple made their relationship official. In 2017, Jason proposed to Kylie. Next year, on April 14, 2018, Kylie and Jason got married at the Logan Hotel in Philadelphia. Kylie had four bridesmaids, while Jason just had his brother and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce standing beside him.
The couple became parents when Kylie gave birth to their first child together, a girl named Wyatt Elizabeth Kelce on October 2, 2019. They welcomed their second child, a girl named Elliotte Ray Kelce, on March 3, 2021. Two years later, on February 23, 2023, Kylie welcomed their third daughter, Bennett Llewellyn Kelce. On March 30, 2025, the couple welcomed their fourth daughter, Finnley “Finne” Anne Kelce.
