Kylie didn't give out any extensive details other than calling the wedding an intimate and incredible affair. She also shared that she loves the newlyweds dearly, while calling TayTay her family. It was in October 2023 that Kylie revealed that her daughter is a big Swiftie, and the cute revelation was followed by an extensive discussion. The discussion began after an interview with Kylie for Spectrum News, where she said she didn't want the attention on her, given the long-standing speculation about Travis and Taylor back then. However, a portion of Kylie's interview, where she said she was trying to 'avoid Taylor Swift spotlight', was stretched, and people started commenting on the same. Kylie reacted to the buzz and clarified her comment by urging people to watch the full interview.
It was in January 2024 when Kylie and Taylor met for the first time during one of Travis Kelce's matches. Jason Kelce spoke about the meeting and revealed that Kylie asked him to be on his 'best behaviour' as they were meeting TayTay. In the following months, the duo's friendship could be visible through them chitchatting in the stands, Taylor meeting Kylie's kids, both of them liking each other's posts, and Jason Kelce's wife attending TayTay's concerts.

In the same interview, she addressed the buzz that she and Taylor were avoiding each other before meeting in person. Speaking about the same, Kylie added that she never ignored anyone and she was extremely excited to meet someone her brother-in-law was dating. Kylie further mentioned that Taylor was busy with her Eras Tour back then, and it was nothing like them avoiding each other. She said:
"I’m not avoiding anyone. I’m more than happy to meet someone, especially someone that Travis is dating. But it was funny to me because I kept saying to people, ‘I didn’t meet Travis for probably close to a year when Jason and I were dating.'"
In the same podcast, she revealed not eating a meal during a double date of her, Jason, Travis and Taylor. No sooner did the video surface, people again started talking about Kylie not eating Taylor's homemade food. Kylie soon came forward to debunk the buzz. On her podcast, Not Gonna Lie, Kylie shared that she was eight weeks pregnant back then and was overwhelmed, which made her not feel like eating anything other than crackers. She could be quoted as saying:
"The home-cooked meals that I did not get to enjoy were not because I refused to eat them, but because the child in my womb overwhelmed me with hormones that suggested that if I consumed anything other than crackers, it might be seen again, if you catch my drift."
Following Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's engagement, Kylie Kelce revealed that her kids were extremely excited to have an aunt to join them. She also expressed her love for both Travis and Taylor. Cut to the new interview where Kylie referred to Taylor as her family, and she heaped the newlyweds with love and blessings. She said:
“I’m so happy for them; we love them so, so dearly. And it was only making it official because Taylor’s been family now for quite some time, so that’s that.”
