An investigation into Kyle Loftis' sudden demise has been ongoing, however, some limited information is available to the public. Sarpy County Sheriff's Office reportedly revealed to the LA Times that the death of Kyle was not 'suspicious', while stating that no further elaborated details will be released due to respect for privacy. To mention, there's no information as of now about the reason for Kyle Loftis' death, and while this sparked a chatter around, recently some statements from Cleetus McFarland and Matt Vrbanac also made it to the headlines.
If the reports are to be believed, nearly 100 drivers joined a memorial cruise in Lincoln to honour his legacy. It was Matt who penned an emotional note, stating that he really wished for Kyle to be there, to witness how many people just admired him. Matt said that Kyle would be the happiest to have known how much he was loved. Matt's note could be read as:
"I wish you could have been there today. We had a line out the door all the way up until the end. You are so loved, I saw so many people that I hadn't seen in so long that you would have loved to catch up with. Thank you to everyone who attended today."
Cleetus McFarland, one of the famous YouTubers, whose real name is Garrett Mitchell, shared a good bond with Kyle Loftis. Garrett Mitchell often tagged Kyle as one of the most influential figures in his life, and the latter was the one for whom he could launch his career, so successfully. It was only a while before his sudden passing that Kyle was gifted his dream car, a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, by Garrett, which marked their year-long partnership. It was one of Mitchell's adorable gestures towards Kyle, whom he considers his 'mentor'.
Delivering a speech about Kyle, Garrett revealed that it's unimaginable how great a person his mentor was. He added that he had helped everyone around him to launch their careers. He also mentioned that Kyle had some great friends. Garrett went on to reveal how he met the former at Sonic. Speaking about how Kyle inspired him, Garrett mentioned that the former inspired a whole lot of people, something that he did without even trying. Sharing more about the same, Garrett revealed:
"I just wanted to be around Kyle and see what he was doing because obviously he was doing cool stuff and everybody there loved him and you know I could just tell he was the guy that brought this together and I wanted to be like him. This was the first time in my life that I had been inspired by someone. And this is just a small example of how easily Kyle inspired other people. He did it without even trying. I mean, you can't watch a 1320 video without wanting to put a bigger turbo on your car, right? And you can't watch a video without wanting to pick up your your phone and film your own video, right? It's just inspiring the way that he made this content.”
It was in December 2025 that Kyle Loftis met with a serious accident. No details are available about the accident, however it was reported that during the accident, Kyle was in the passenger seat. While Kyle and the driver both survived, the former had sustained some injuries, but his appearances in the later videos had made people believe that he was doing fine.
