In a recent interview, actress, Kishwer Merchantt opened about the low production of breast milk during the first three days of delivering her son, Nirvair and how people judged her for the same.
As they say, motherhood comes with a lot of pros and cons. That is very much true, and our celebrities never shy away from sharing the struggles they face after delivering their child. Television actress, Kishwer Merchantt and her actor-singer husband, Suyyash Rai, are enjoying one of the most beautiful phases of their lives as they had welcomed their son, Nirvair, on August 27, 2021.
Suyyash Rai had taken to his Instagram handle to share the news of the arrival of their baby boy by sharing a glimpse from the hospital. His wife, Kishwer Merchantt was holding their son in her arms. The happiness of embracing parenthood for the first time was evident on their faces. Alongside the picture, Suyyash had written, "27.08.21 Welcome BABY RAI !!! It's a boy #SukishKaBaby."

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Kishwer Merchantt opened up about the struggles she faced regarding the production of breast milk. She also talked about how people were quick to judge her as she was facing problems in breastfeeding her son, Nirvair. She said, "You also have to feed the baby, and then there is no production of milk properly on the first three days. You get frustrated, on top of it, you have people around you who are like ‘nahi breastfeeding is very important, do this and that’. You feel people are judging you ke breast milk nahi de pa rahe ho. Bahut kuch hota hai".
Going further in the interview, Kishwer Merchantt also shared that there are a lot of new things that are yet to be explored as she is going through a very emotional phase regarding the smallest of the things about Nirvair. She added, "For instance, if I am cradling him and he is still crying, I get very emotional ke why is he crying mere pass aake bhi. I get anxious when I can’t control him. There are many things which I will learn as I explore motherhood.”

It was on September 1, 2021, that Kishwer and Suyyash had taken to their respective social media handles to announce the name of their little prince. Sharing a video, the newbie mommy had written, "NIRBHAU Maa ka "NIRVAIR" Beta. Hello World .. Meet " Nirvair Rai." On the other hand, alongside the video, Suyyash had written, "Hello WORLD… meet NIRVAIR RAI. I've been repeatedly saying that this is the most beautiful feeling we’ve ever experienced. I wanna thank our families for making it even more special and the almighty for blessing us with this Lil angel."
On August 30, 2021, Kishwer had shared the struggles she was going through after her C-section delivery. Sharing a cutesy picture from the hospital room, she had written, "My Bugs Bunny I know there have been a lot of problems. I haven't been the best, with the C section, pain killers, tiredness, anxiety and breastfeeding .. but like we promised each other today, we both will help each other in this journey and make things better for us, love you my son."
