'Shaka Laka Boom Boom' star, Kinshuk Vaidya, and his wife, Diiksha Nagpal, will be embracing parenthood soon. The couple is expecting their first child together.
Kinshuk Vaidya is best known for playing the role of 'Sanju' in the 2000 fantasy show, Shaka Laka Boom Boom. The actor got married to Diiksha Nagpal in 2004, and a while back announced to his fans that he and his wife will soon become parents. Kinshuk and Diiksha are in the most happiest zone of their lives as they step into the most exciting phase of embracing parenthood. Diiksha and Kinshuk, a while back, took to their Instagram handle to make a joint announcement related to them expecting their first baby.
Diiksha Nagpal, who is the wife of Kinshuk Vaidya, took to her Instagram handle to share a monochrome picture. In the snap, they both were holding the footwear of a baby with their hands interwined with one another. Kinshuk had reshared the picture, and the couple posted the pregnancy announcement post with a caption that read:
"Stepping into a new phase of life…Our love story just got much more sweeter..#babyarrivingsoon #tobemom #tobedad."
Netizens took to the comments section to congratulate Kinshuk and Diiksha. The couple had also inserted an emoji of a 'baby feet' in their post and wrote, 'to be mom' and 'to be dad' in their cute note. A fan commented, "Congratulations, both of you, mom and dad." Another fan commented, "I'm giggling like a baby myself. Super excited, can't wait to see our bundle of joy." A fan wrote, "Wow, many congratulations, both of them are entering your happy face of life." Kinshuk and Diiksha are very happy to start the new journey of parenthood together.
Kinshuk Vaidya and Diiksha Nagpal got engaged in August 2024, and earlier in an interview with Telly Talk, he shared about his love story with Diiksha. The actor shared that his engagement ceremony was attended by their closest family members, friends, and it was warm and pretty friendly. For the unversed, Diiksha is a choreographer, and Kinshuk had shared of being lucky to have found love and partnership in the same person. In his words:
"We have known each other for very long. We have been great friends. I found a life partner in my best friend. Finding love and partnership in your best friend is the best thing that could happen. The proposal was a spontaneous one. It was a very warm and cozy celebration."
Kinshuk revealed that he and Diiksha always removed time for one another despite having hectic schedules. Both of them, after their engagement, had headed to different cities to complete their work commitments. When asked about what qualities in Diiksha made him believe she was the perfect life partner for him, Kinshuk, in the interview, said:
"The understanding and the outlook towards life is what we share in common and what made us realise that we can live together for rest of our life, unlike most couples now-a-days. Both families were very happy and showered their blessings on both of us."
It was on November 22, 2024, that Kinshuk and Diiksha got married in a private ceremony, which was held in Alibaugh. Kinshuk and Diiksha's wedding was attended by their closest family members and friends. The actor had worn a cream and red-hued sherwani for his big day, while Diiksha stunned in a Maharashtrian look.
